Overall, Amity seemed professional and efficient. Their quoted prices were consistent with that which I had been charged, plus they gave a good estimate of how long it would take and once I could bring my car to me. If I manage to lose my keys again (ugh!) I go back.
I dropped my car keys, and AAA towed my car to Amity to find new keys made. They can, indeed, create"chip" keys, plus they appear to be the sole locksmith in the region which may do so. It took a couple hoursand a couple hundred dollars, to create a single key and two chip keys.

These guys are absolutely the best! I had to receive my truck remote start keys engineered, and everyone else has been quoting me prices to do so. They did the entire thing rather than charging me, although they were not only half what everyone else price. It was done super quickly, and everyone that I dealt with in the shop was helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I would go back there to receive any sort of locks, keys or anything.

I am giving this place because the technician who moved to support that the safe was not aware that turns to the LEFT & RIGHT as it comes with Master Keys and Companion keys. Aside from that this is a honest and really dependable locksmith since the costs were Fair compared to a locksmiths who charge their customers. I know because I employ locksmiths of the time. With that said, I will continue to do business with Amity Safe & Lock since they have treated us honest also. When required, our company will continue to work with you for future work in the region! It was made by you on our list!

Only place in town that may make keys which work in my old locks. Nothing worked and I went to get keys made for my tenants that are new, they would budge in the lock. I attracted my keys to get replicated and they work perfectly! Saved me the hassle and expense of changing out the locksI know where to go if I need keys in the future!

I don't have any issue with paying the $75 service call charge, despite my door still being stuck on the locked position, but the $40 charge for"Could not open sliding glass door" is a little much. And getting told that I needed to pay for nothing once I called to complain was amazing customer service. Thank you for nothing.

The door lock came out around 12:30 pm and broke approximately 10am. Took 20 minutes to set up a new lock and fit it to keys. Works great! Quick and efficient!

Arrived in time and was specialist. I worked with lots of locksmiths and this expertise was the very best. Thank you and I look forward to working with you.

I believe I must respond because no matter the service, I am not eager to pay $20 or 200% more. It's too much. The lock is Kwikset and it's here and at Home Depot. It's the exact same product, version, shape, colour and same quality. It does come in different packages; Home Depot's is in a package and Amity's is in cardboard. It's not service to overcharge.
