Following a phone call to supervisor or his partner, he abandoned without charging us the charge but was obviously annoyed at what I feel was a set of expectations. I wouldn't call them and you should not either.
As soon as I stopped him and asked for that information he wasn't quoted and polite. When I said due to the growth in estimate he became frustrated we weren't likely to move forward and started threatening us with a service call fee nobody had said up to there.
While the call and conversation was fine, the procedure continued to get worse after that. On the phone I was quoted one cost which we had been comfortable with we agreed to schedule a technician.
He was very blunt and not cordial, After the technician arrived. He walked straight in and started asking questions about particulars without explaining anything. He started work on a few of our doorways without outlining cost the work, or timeline.

I was told to have an image because the lock would have letter and numbers indicating what kind of key to order of every lock that had a key. The letters and numbers were small, that my phone had trouble getting a very clear picture. I called back and said, please send somebody out because I didn't wish to send photos because it was hard to find a clear picture, and that I had around 15 keys created - AND not the cabinets were the same.
We have a few different kinds of file cabinets and did not have a key to lock their stuff at their cube. We had some new keys created and one cabinet needed an lock system replaced because it was lost.
We had the 15 keys and Ben came out to make sure the keys worked. I ended up needing another key made a few days but he stated it would cost $90 for him to come back out to our workplace once I texted Ben about the key. I ended up finding another cabinet which"needed" a key, therefore $45/key + $45/key = 90. The price seems way over priced, but the one key is needed by me, therefore. . .yeah.
At $45/key, this was very expensive, although I was interested in acquiring two keys created for every lock! I advised the locksmith I would prefer someone come out to our office to an in-person quotation, though they told me the price tag, because the cabinets did not have or who manufactured them. I wanted someone to look at the locks and be sure they can make the keysthey didn't do the job.
In general, good service and quick response time.
I came out to examine the cabinets and worked. He then asked for paper and pencil, took a few photos and looked at a few file cabinets. I was wondering why he didn't have something to write the information down with, because he knew it was more than a few cabinets. Another thing I noticed was that he took a telephone while we walked around the workplace. It was clearly a call inquiring so I'm imagining his number is also the number? We had people and also taking the telephone seemed unprofessional.
LockBusters had a response time when I asked for my job office about their solutions.

House, who dis? Coming with the re-key in clutch on the vintage knob and deadbolt of the front door, lockBusters! After he came, he arrived in and grabbed the tools, discovered it's much easier to open my lock. Rather although he could have charged me the quote he charged me less. What an honest man! It is rare to find.

Had a situation using a lock in my condo and panicked since my work notebook was in that room and I want to go on a business trip on Monday. Called obtained and Ronnie a quote and made appointment. Since I had the lock I predicted Lockbusters yesterday. I needed to move out ASAP and lost the keys. I was set up with David who was able to accommodate me and come remove the lock that same day. He came to the unit on time and ready. My boyfriend told me that David attempted to take out the lock in ways that would be cost effective for me personally. He managed to take the lock off immediately with no harms to the storage device door and managed to stay with the originial estimate of $125.

My spouse locked herself from her car on a rainy day and not at home. Lockbusters could not assist me fast but the man who answered the telephone voluntarily gave me the number of a rival he thought could help me. They did. Thanks for being good people

I was driving down from Reston into the house and was dealt on the other with a punch of a closed street on one access point and a car crash. So 15min bordered within an hour. David arrived that he supplied however he was clearly there prior to me. He did not become angry and ensured he would be there even though I'd be around 10 min.

I needed a locksmith near my area to be able to unlock my door out to get a water heater. The previous owner did not give a key for the cupboard when he moved out to me.

Instead of building a brand new key we decided to have a brand new hitter (just made sense for our loved ones ) and he walked us through the options, provided to give us a temporary lock if we chose an alternative that he did not have on him, then if we had a negative (holes in our door weren't being coated correctly) he made sure we could speak through several options to solve the issue. He was very quite fair considering how long it took to drive reinstall and uninstall a lock, into our house. Overall a great experience the same day, if you require someone.
I dropped my keys and using a little one at home we knew we had to find ASAP. Our lock manufacturer is out of rare and business. They offered to make a secret for all of us on the place. He asked if I had been locked out of my residence. I said no, which he could come. He said between 6 and 5, and called at 5 pm to the place to tell me he had been on his way.

I fought finding a locksmith to repair my door lock. Not because there was not any available, but because nearly all of them tried to rip off me. Due to my lock it required me to substitute the entire thing and was hard to repair. At least that's what I heard locksmith I've contacted before I predicted that company.

(Along those lines) Anyhow, he worked in my lock for about a hour or 2 and eventually fixed it. Before committing to resolve the lock and his decision with attempting to figure out how to repair 26, I was astonished. This company has attained a permanent customer.
