After we lost the key, david did a great job getting me into my house. He was very careful to not damage our door explained my options and came in less than one hour. He refused to give up although the lock proved very hard to start. Would definitely recommend him.

I had a crisis situation that demanded my locks to be changed instantly. Lita noticed I was scared because a previous maintenance person entered my home using an electronic code that he installed and contacted me. Lita kept checking in on me and scheduled for David to arrive to change the lock. David came within 15 minutes and put in a brand new bolt that was dead. The price was fair and now I feel secure and safe . He was extremely professional and I'd highly recommend this company for locksmith requirements.

David was prompt and professional. He also rekeyed 6 locks in our home and one doorknob that he additionally rekeyed- we could use 1 key for all 6 locks. He gave an estimate and explained what he was going to do. He came out on short note - I called on Friday day and he camera on Saturday morning. Everything took about one hour. He left additional keys for us and was able to make a duplicate of a key which didn't relate to the home. I would strongly recommend him and will use him if needed! Great guy.

I dropped my only set of keys. David's wife responded immediately to my email, agreed to meet at the time I requested, then adjusted the time when I was stuck in traffic and running late (and was really friendly and kind ). After he arrived, he must work immediately to cut and program a new secret. He had been done professionally and quickly. Will definitely use him again and recommend.

I was returning from a business trip. Got home, and realized my keys were gone. She was away for the weekend, but gave David's number to me although called my neighbor who keeps a spare. I called and he consented to come right out away even though it was rush hour. He cried, but told me it could take up to 40 minutes due to traffic. I called around and got someone who promised to be here in 15 minutes, but would not give me a price. David had explained exactly what measures he'd take to get me. So I chose on him over the option, he just sounded better over the telephone. In the long run, David got here faster than anticipated, less than 30 minutes, and I was billed by him according to his own telephone excuse. He was fair and quick. I would recommend him.
