Nice guys. Helpful and friendly. Had the Medeco lock gear needed. Request Elliott (although not if you're a bill collector (only kidding)).

Easy to Operate with and Powerful. I did need to call back after leaving a message but also the service they go the job and after that we instant - giving us the keys we wanted for a price that is a reasonable and replacement two locks. I would use them again

I needed to replace a lock. I spoke to Luis and went to the location. I showed him photos of a reception along with the door I bought from the shop. Essentially, I needed the exact same sort of lock for one more door. Luis said he would check some suppliers to see if he could find the lock. It appeared promising. I called and spoke to Luis. He said that he would call me back , and he still looked for the lock. I was never called by him. I went back to the shop, two weeks later. Luis was not there. He asked him. Initially, he did not appear to understand what I was talking about. I strove to remind him he reluctantly acted as if he recalled. It was clear to me he had ignored my request. In all, an unprofessional customer support. Two visits along with a phone call later, I still could not get a quote on a lock which I described, revealed a receipt for, and photos of the door I needed it on. I could not have made it a lot easier for this shop to make a sale.

Did okay here.
Finally, I wanted to purchase two keys to your new fobs, however they had been out of stock or just couldn't locate them (still unpacking).
So I still had to visit a different locksmith to obtain the car keys made. I hope I don't need additional key fobs for some time; although Perhaps it's a one-off.
It was somewhat cluttered -- they had either just moved or they had remodeled, not certain which.
When purchasing multiples they could think about a price break and/or throw at a programming for gratis it only appears to me.
Was a bit put off, ordered two replacement fobs and they charged an additional 15 dollars to program them. Programming took all of a walk into 30 minutes and the car to plug in their device and set the fobs.

I needed a new key than a dealer, who went to charge twice as much, they had the secret in stock. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. They were just as accomodating from the store, and Luis (sp) the young gentleman who assisted me cut and programmed my 4 button key within 5 minutes. Quite happy with service and outcomes.

Will come back in the future to some of our locksmith wants!
Had these men out when we moved to our new home to rekey all of our locks. The man was fair-priced, extremely professional and quick. He helped to unstick a lock he n't replaced for free for all of us. We used to have to pull the door tough to acquire the deadbolt undone or locked - that worked his magic and it's a cinch lock and to unlock today.

Got a fresh key for the Kia online, then I went to Arlington Lock to set it and get it trimmed. The process took approximately 10 minutes, and Charlie, guy who assisted me, was friendly and useful. This saved me around $140 instead of visiting the Kia dealership up the road. Overall, quite pleased with my experience here, and it is highly recommended by me.

I needed a spare key fob programmed and cut for a new vehicle. I introduced my key which I ordered online and they were able to program it and cut the emergency key in 10 minutes at a portion of the dealer price. Recommended.

Read Arlington Lock's amazing reviews on Yelp and though I would give them a try since my key fob expired. Dealerships were charging crazy amounts of money for new ones. I bought a pair of two fobs on Amazon for $18 and arrived to get them programmed. The technician was quick and friendly and I did not need an appointment. Cost $85 and was literally done in moments. I strongly recommend Arlington Lock because they have great customer service and excellent prices.

Brought at a Honda Sterile key. It cuts and then tells me that the chip in the sterile will not work in my car. But then he proceeds to charge me full price for the key that is useless?!

Lost my car keys on a Saturday on a night out. I managed to get these guys out the same day within a few hours (called early Sunday evening, and they came into my Arlington place a couple of hours later). The tech was really friendly, and he managed to give me a vehicle key for my 2012 Camaro within half an hour tops. They beat the costs of the dealership, were very communicative, and also beat the costs of the other arbitrary companies I discovered online. It's not cheap to get a re-made that is key, but they made the experience that is scary manageable.

Very fast walk in service to replace two missing car keys (like one smartkey/keyfob) for a portion of the cost quoted by the Honda & Toyota dealerships.

I had been impressed with his truck's condition. Sterile and clean. Clearly firm run with employees. Thank you as far as I am hoping I do not need you you'll be who I call time that the lock breaks!
My roadside assistance sent these men out to help me get in my RV entry door that was malfunctioning. They had to drill it out since the mechanism was broken, after trying every trick in the book. The Arlington Lock employee who came out skilled was punctually and quickly took care of the matter. He told me where to order a part from.

They billed me $100 to get a home visit with substances and solutions. I believe it was a bit pricey, but the problem I was having it is still functioning properly and in my lock was repaired.

Thank you Arlington lock. They left me a new key for the vehicle and came out on a Sunday to my house. This included programming the key fob and cutting on the crisis key. The dealerships try to rip you off. I will use them again for auto key services in addition to more house lock aid.

David provided service and with an engaging mindset. My tenant and I were pleased with the outcomes. I suggest Arlington Lock.

For those reading this review and want this kind of key replacement, please phone Arlington Lock until you come to the shop as you will have to know if they have a replacement key in stock for your motor vehicle.
I had been needing a new car replacement and Arlington Lock was. Their staff was able to duplicate the key and get me back.

I need a key fob for my Prius. My fob gets the full performance with a silver rear. After moving in the first time they could call me back when they had it and had to order the right fob I phoned and they stated they had it and I went in to find the key. (they called me) I went and everybody seemed perfectly nice, they went about the company of programming the new fob. I waited for almost 2 hours with the result being they could not program the key and they screwed up my key so now the smart features do not work. Obviously, I'm upset and don't recommend using this locksmith.

The following day, I needed a replacement key for my own car, they were closed but they gave me a new key in under 10 minutes and let me . I was grateful and the associate, Paul, was friendly and very professional. Pus their rates are less expensive than going to the replacement key and the dealership functions great! Will advise this locksmith to everyone! Thank you!

My son dropped the key he had to his 89 Jetta and can be two hours away from home. I phoned Arlington Lock this morning; Charles had someone there in 1.5 hrs, as he said he would. The technician got into my son's car and a brand new cut in about an hr. Pop-A-Lock gave him the runaround until last night saying that they could help, then no one ever showed up and the VW dealership told him that they could not help. I can't thank you , Charles, and your technicians that are great.
