I would recommend them to anybody!
I'm a General Contractor-- had any problems with electric lock issues-Casey and some accessibility card and his guys were knowledgeable and functioned constantly with a smile in their faces. Sterile cut-didn' t shake the clients up. These guys know their stuff!!!

Casey,Please allow me to apologize for not getting back to you to allow you to know we were actually able to find a key to the home after all! The next time my uncle and aunt are taken from me in a double homicide, I expect I won't"neglect" you as you stated in your voicemail. I love that you were planning to do it for free. As you said, "better luck next time." Yes, the next time I need to call a locksmith of taking possession of my aunt and uncle's home from the sheriffs department, within the first hour, I do hope I will have better luck. You will too, when you leave customers with voicemails.
You said,"We tried to bend over backwards in an attempt to help you out and then you've got the gall to leave a negative review." However, what you do not know is that I was very appreciative of your attempt. I would have left a review if you hadn't called back and left a condescending and heartless voicemail stating that you were disappointed by us. Then, I had been confronting the murder, although I should have believed your emotions. I am sorry but your inconvenience that is accidental wasn't a priority. When we could have, we got back to you. And hearing your voicemail at the conclusion of the day was just too much.
"I have a feeling that your life is going to be filled with as much self-created negativity because the review of my business." You're projecting. You want because I called you out my life is going to be filled with negativity. That's unfortunate, and , unprofessional.
*Updating to include my response to Casey's message to meI know you believe I'm"ridiculous for leaving this inspection ." It was written by me after about 48 hours 4 hours of sleep.

Great service. Everyone was extremely helpful. Amazing to receive same day service. The men on site were proficient and extremely professional. I am happy with what I had done!

Support - came to Davis Island on short notice and replaced locks. Great communication and Casey is"the man" for making this happen straight away.
