Let me first start if Ben is the guy! He left a couple of keys for me which began the car and came to my residence but the keyless entry wouldn't work. Technician called at to put up time and get location - informed him I had been at home so no tension. He explained he would meet with me at the lot at. Got to this lot 10 mins early - no text or call from them by 10:35am, so I phoned to see if he had been missing & needed instructions - he had no idea who I was or exactly what car I'd - said he had"plenty of clients"
I told him polity to go to his next client and I would figure something else out. Then he calls his boss when he's there at or so, lies and said he was only 15 minutes and I abandoned. Boss calls me and asks why I changed my mind.

This is a car so keyless entry and push button start. Because of that Honda wanted to charge me lots and a lot of money, and so I called this company instead. They came out the exact same day to my home and even came back the next day when something odd was happening (as it was it had been my fault but they fixed it at no cost!) .
