Charlie conveyed well with me sending me a photo of the lock he was advocating along with the cost so he would be sure I liked it when it was time for installation. He called, when he was on his way, and he was on time, also.
I phoned Charlie to replace my back door lock. I told him it wasn't an emergency, and he would come when he had time, but within the following week would be useful. He also did an outstanding job, and was there the following day.

I hired Charlie, in part to unlock a door to and also to re-key two exterior doorways to match keys I purchased this week and we had on a house my wife.

Charlie was fine enough and expressed regret about not having the ability to complete the task, but finally I wasted 3 hours and paid $75 for him unlock 1 side door and also to crack the lock on my front door, which I need to engage a separate locksmith to fix. In retrospect I should have pushed back paying however, moving day at which I had different things to do after 3 hours, I was frustrated and had to proceed so that I could focus on other things.
Charlie managed to unlock the door with no key and substituted deadbolt and that knob. He spent hours trying to re-key front exterior door prior to announcing he would not be able to complete the job and locks were needed by me. He was not able to put the previous lock back to the door and, after stating he didn't feel well, replaced only the handle leaving it with no working lock (the old one served fine, we just wanted another key for this ), billed me $75, and left.

Charlie was quick to respond and reasonably priced. I hope I do not need a locksmith soon, but when I do I'll call him.

Do not hesitate to recommend Highland Lock and Key for any of your locksmith needs. Charlie is a very honest, honest, and professional business man who is also very quick to react to client requests.

As a woman with a guy who has the capability to open any lock, it seems there could be room for no concern for security. Charlie seemed enough that this was not an issue.
I called at and Charlie replied. As with the rest of the reviewers, he said he'd be in 30minutes. I appreciated upfront and estimate disclosure of charges to this coming. $75 flat. Not bad considering I needed to enter my area, come hell or high water.
I respect a business that is on time provides a reasonable cost, and gets a job done. I would advise this locksmith.

I will note that in the event you've got a sensitivity you may experience difficulty with this locksmith. I discuss this in the event someone has an allergy. He doesn't smoke on the job, to explain. But when it comes to why you have hired him, he is good at what he's doing!

I had a mailbox lock that quit working so I went to Yelp my head. Read the reviews that are excellent and gave Highland Lock a call. He said he'd be out in an hour and arrived in time. He diagnosed the problem installed a new lock as mine was not working. Price was fair and service fast and friendly. That's whenever you are in a place you personally can't fix precisely what you want. I will recommend Charlie to all who need a locksmith. Much appreciated and thank you!

Charlie Seller is your owner/locksmith that came into my home to change a lock on my security door and rear door. He was very pleasant to speak with, very professional and knowledgeable. I was unavailable although he provided. He arrived at our scheduled appointment period and called prior to coming. It took less than an hour to solve my lock issues. Though I reside in San Francisco, I phoned Key and Highland Lock for some advice that I was not able to locate or on the internet. The man who answered the telephone, Charlie, was clever, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me to determine how to repair my toilet door lock that was historical. Because a new lock I installed, called didn't come with keys. They came over in less than an hour and got things taken care of in about 20 minutes.
