I know mine could be, but after my experience at Girard's now, I will try to break myself. Maybe I want to put a note on my door or in my vehicle.
From walking from the door to walking out with my merchandise, my shopping trip to Girard's, took less than 5 minutes!
I said two other items I had: for stripping a wire and disposable paint brushes brush. He required me to both things, then pointed out.
Along the way, I said,"I am not really going to paint. I am refinishing a dresser, so I need stripper and completing oil." He pointed out that were gels and that ones were liquid when we got to the strippers. He said,"Gels are simpler to use since they remain where you put them." Okay, I picked on a gel. I told him about a spray-on paint remover I'd purchased somewhere else (a huge box).
We went into the finishing oils and he assisted me to pick on after I had everything that I needed, one that was right, we walked into the register and he rang me out. I think that the price may happen to be cheaper but I would gladly pay though it had been a little more!
Bravo!
Girard's is small, and jam packed with merchandise. The whole store would fit into one department of a huge box.
I was greeted by an employee when I entered the store. I said,"Where's your painting stuff?" Where it was he didn't tell me. He didn't point. Rather, he walked into the aisle with me.
To the paint department, I would be walking In a box that is major. And that I had a personal shopper at Girard's!
Giarard's reminds me of home. I had worked back where I climbed up for a few years and also the 1 thing my boss required every employee would be to greet the clients as they walked in and ask if they needed help finding anything. This is exactly what Giarard's does and I quite enjoy it. Often times, you do not know the design of the store, and sometimes you are sure what you need with the workers once it comes to home improvement you can rest assured you'll be assisted with a smile.
Excellent neighborhood hardware store. You need to always be greeted with a smiling face in the counter as 19, If you enter the shop. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to provide any assistance which you may need. Among the things that I adore about this shop is that they are one of the few hardware shops which will repair a window and have it looking as good as fresh within one day. I kept my business and used to be a customer at S and H hardware, but ever since they closed Girard's has now has earned. For all your hard to find things I would highly recommend buying their place and stopping by.
I have driven by this store hundreds of times, however I had never been inside before I needed for repainting my porch some hooks. I chose to give it a try because I didn't feel like braving the chaos associated with a visit to a hardware store that was larger. What I liked about Girald's-that I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who was able to what I wanted, to instantly guide me. After I left my choice he was able get me one step closer to my own porch beautification project and to help me. The store had a much larger choice of goods than the exterior will indicate. I will try to encourage this locally owned neighborhood store in the future.
