Mati is quite professional with rates that are fair and is dedicated to a positive client experience. I needed to new key for an 04 Infiniti that needed to also be programmed. Dealer was expensive and also required me to tow there. I urge Team and Mati. So that's how great the experience was, I don't write many reviews.

I received excellent service -- friendly, good work, quite prompt, and reasonably priced. I wished to get all the locks in my house re-keyed. Mati replied, and the locksmith was called by me and said that he would come over. He arrived at my house about an hour after I called. It took him about an hour to re-key all 8 locks. So time to if the work was completed, from when I first called the locksmith was about two hours! Mati was professional and quite friendly, and was competitive. Would recommend.

With locking problems I've got an older home with several doors. I eventually managed to lock myself out of the door which was actually working. I phoned and they stated they would send someone in 10 minutes. They sent Shi - a miracle worker. He got me into my home that was locked and then proceeded to fix every lock with an issue - 5 Locks!!! He was fast, friendly, and also also a wizard at fixing the knobs and also difficulties with the doors. I can't say enough how Shi how satisfied a customer was. Will recommend to every person I know and will be my go to locksmith from now on.

More than complicated and more costly. Quoted me $60 to $100 on the phone to replace a lock on a mailbox. Said it's not the part and showed up I'm paying for its his time. Well it actually took less than 5 mins to replace and he charged us $100 that I feel is WAY OVER PRICED for a mail box key. He wasn't ready to budge on price if he would have cut a deal to us or met in the midst I could have written him a much better review.

Oh man! Mati was awesome! I'm originally from San Jose and had my nephews birthday party at Micke Grove Park. I was pretty much stranded. I called Mati the next day and he was able to come through ON A HOLIDAY (4th of July) that some people would not even try or they'd charge additional. I drive a Ford Expedition and it had to take 45 minutes to program my automobile with the key that is NEW! He was very nice and useful I would propose using him because he has it done and can unlock your car door .
