Very fast support. Ben came on a Sunday. Showed me 3 choices of door knob replacements. The new dead bolt and door knob feet was $169 plus a service fee. They stated there was no charge for a Sunday visit but I feel if you buy the combo like the $30 service fee should happen to be waived. He did give a $20 discount for paying cash. He actually tried to get me to buy the more expensive $180 combo and even told me that I would have a hard time making a copy of the keys to the less expensive version I bought and joked (I believe )"do not call me if you have trouble making copies." I went to Lowes and created 5 copies easily. Despite that I serviced quickly and still would utilize their services because they were prompt

I was having difficulty with my ignition cylinder in my car for a little while and knew it was time to receive it repaired.I called and spoke with Chad.He explained his expectation was to have the ability to repair my own issue and save money and gave me an estimate for that and stated if he couldn't repair the part how much it'd cost to replace it.Both quotes were fair.He gave me a time period to fulfill and that he would call if he was about his way.He called as promised and showed on time.He tried to repair it but the part was unrepairable.He replaced the part plus made sure I'd 2 keys that both began the car.The repairs were done quickly and the cost was accurate into the estimate.Chad was both personable and professional.I highly recommend him.

As it was a product that a customer didn't want he upgraded my front door at no cost to some premium handle-lock and today it makes my front door look like a million dollars. For starters, as you Michiganders know, it was terribly cold outside . Thankfully it did not begin raining as I believed it would, but I was overcome after getting off work from a 12 hr shift and expecting catching up on several TV shows and curling into my comfy bed. But lo and behold as I'm digging through my purse, my apartment keys are not any where available. I'm shivering, know that my landlord is not about to help out, so I take on a text into a friend asking if she knows about any good Locksmiths in the region, and she recc. me LATC.

It was a procedure that is very simple. 2 locks, 1 new crucial and great service. Chad gave me some hints on helping the one to remember to lock the door. Life is good!
I felt comfortable enough not to freak out before I discovered I couldn't locate my keys. Coincidence? Maybe. Not. I called Around the Clock for a single reason. .
Soooooo the spring on my own garage opener pops causing me to need to use the front entrance of my condo before the repair man would come out; about 2-3 days. It's no fun having to exit the front of the home when my car is parked in the trunk. I find that my entrance door is open upon returning home. I live in what I consider a fairly safe place (meaning when I go to work MY NEIGHBORS go to work too ). I have been there for nearly 4 years and never had an issue or heard having an issue.
I have to admit Chad arrived fairly quick (about half an hour ). I wasn't locked out so that I was in no hurry but adapting me was a plus in my book. I didn't need to wait for an appointment!
