They were very responsive, priced and got the job done. The tech was very great. He arrived and got my own locks working super quickly. I would definitely recommend Rapid Key Recovery!

I am really happy and would recommend their store to anyone who wants this service. Thank you, Quick Retrieval!
I needed to get. In exploring approaches to plan the fob myself, I did my due diligence, and I found out that I would need to get it done and that I could not plan it because. I also read that it may cost upward of $140+ when I went to a dealership, since, ya know , I obtained BILLS and I wasn't comfortable spending that sum of cash to acquire my fob to work. LOL the suggestion was that I find a local locksmith to do the job.
I initially called Fast Eddy's on Grand Avenue, mostly because of good reviews but also since it's located about a block down from where I live, so he recommended Quick Retrieval but his tech wasn't available this week. I called Quick Retrieval, made a appointment for yesterday brought in my fob, and it was handled speedily. The tech would fall apart and suggested since the casing was broken, I get a shell for the fob. The cost to replace the shell, and to plan the fob was 60 was an extra $10. Hmmm...$70 vs $140, also replaced busted fob case....looks like I won!

I locked myself. I predicted Rapid Key Recovery. They offered a price and a wait time of two hours. I groaned, but understood areas would be about the same. However they had me back in my flat a couple of minutes and showed up in like 10 minutes after coming. They were professional the entire time and polite.

I went into Rapid Key this morning to get keys for our work automobile.
I was early and they got right to work. Eric came out and got fulfilled set up with both my keys set up entirely and when I got to my car I tested the new keys worked GREAT!
Their customer service was top notch as was their job. Going to return as we need them in your home and at 19, to get keys for other vehicles.

The customer support here is amazing. When I called the person provided of the questions needed to identify I lost. The questions necessary research on her part, and were very specific. She told me that it wasn't in stock but would be available in 2 days, once I provided that info. We discussed programming, and the cost. I put a scheduled based on when the fob came in, and the support was great. In 15 minutes, I was on my way with a fob. This area is all about customer service and integrity!

I emailed to rekey my house next to the office. I never heard back from them regarding the service after two weeks I found somebody to perform the job

Originally suggested by Triple A (which if you are a member you get 10% off your providers!!) , I felt desperate to get them fixed quickly and was stressed after a long day of car troubles.
I was greeted with a smile and a person saying,"we were expecting you!" Rather than a person who was ready to get home after a Monday.
I'd suggest to anyone having a locksmith and great customer service to boot. It's a handy location on Excelsior in SLP and they have a parking lot!
The service here was top notch. I worked on a car key issue that caused a headache that was constant with Eric and John.
He stayed an HOUR late (6 PM) to assist me and he had been enlightening the entire time.
This shop closes at 5 PM, like most automobile body shops, and I couldn't get there till 4:45 PM from work during rush hour. They were happy to work together with me!
While we believed the issue that was original was something different John came to me together with the solution I was on the lookout for for more than a month.

So I took my key into Rapid Key Recovery. In less than 5 minutes and for $25 they'd my cut that is primary. What is greater than that, which is what really impressed me, is they appeared the original key code and read my layout that is key. Then my key cut into factory specs instead of replicating the old key.
So anyway, these guys took it all back to factory specs and, no kidding, the brand new important works at the ignition than the old one. Eric was the gentleman that helped me. He was good.
The other day, my distant access/key for my Lexus broke but it's internal electronics were good. So I upgraded the key to a more sturdy key layout and bought a new key blank from Amazon. I just needed to transfer the internals into the brand new fob and receive the key cut that was blank.
Apparently, if you continue copying old keys they'll start to get from spec because of"tolerance stacking". I guess when you replicate the key and every key gets worn and tear of the keys. It will not work and it has to be real hard on the ignition tumblers.
They refused to reduce my key although I started out Do It Best. They insisted I purchase for them to reduce on it there is. Their key was not a reverse design and they wanted $80 for it! Not a Opportunity.
Don't receive your high security keys. Theycharge you an arm and a leg for it and 'll just copy your old one. Proceed. They rock. Oh, and they've a candy bowl at the front desk. Score.

Just stopped in today have a brand new FOB programmed for the 2007 Subaru Forester. Fast priced service especially. Just found my move to locksmith for all my automotive needs.

After speaking with the automobile and talking it on Acura Forum's, I found that there are really two different keys, like they promised and a Driver two crucial can not alter to Driver 1. I ended up paying for a Driver two key and I need to find another key to get the 1 memory configurations like I had desired and requested for.
After spending an hour in the shop, and running on time, I left extremely frustrated.
I arrived to my appointment and told John I had a Driver 1 crucial so that when I got in the Driver 1 chair memory could be set up to be trimmed and programmed. He explained they are programmed way and that no difference was made by the number on the key. He explained that it was just a sticker on the key to tell them.
A half hour after he came out with a cut key indicated Driver 2 key. I asked like I'd asked, if he had programmed it. He explained that they don't do this. I told him I needed it to be turned into a Driver 1 crucial like he explained could be done. He explained he would work on this. 30-45 minutes he came back. Not only was 1 key, but it did not register as a Driver two crucial either. They managed to unsync my original key and it wasn't known as a Driver two key.
Have them recut the key to make it work in all the locks and I needed to take time from work to return. I would not recommend Rapid Key Recovery unless because they can not seem to do it correctly the first time you have a lot of time in your hands and is able to return to them twice.
I would not go to Rapid Key Recovery again. I called them about getting a key and fob programmed and cut for my 2007 Acura TL. They knew about the two different driver chair keys together with the memory presets and also appeared knowledgeable. I advised them on the phone and when I arrived that I had a Driver 1 crucial. When I set up the appointment on the phone I was told it would not be a problem.
If this wasn't enough, I tried the key they cut to find it did not even fit and got home afterwards! Nor did it work in my door lock. I wouldn't get me in the car using the lock and also had.

This place is the My daughter dropped her only pair of keys and all day later looking for them, we decided to call a locksmith. Communication and their service was topnotch. When they were on their way, they arrived promptly as well as amazes me. Eric explained everything and was professional, and he handed us a brand new pair of keys and remote in under 15 minutes. They supply a sizable AAA discount .

We just bought a secondhand VW EOS which came with 1 key. After some research I found out that getting an excess key was a bit more involved than I thought. After seeking several quotations, Rapid Key recovery was the ideal. I read their reviews and spoke with Robin which made me feel great about my decision to use Rapid Key Recovery. They had my key programmed in about 15 minutes and ready and the cost was exactly what I gave me on the telephone. Honest, great customer service!!

I purchased a secondhand 2010 Cadillac DTS from among the dealers. The car only had one remote along with one key. I asked the merchant if there they could get me another place but to get an additional $300 for crucial and have it programmed into the car so that it is going to start. I advised them that I'd hold off on this today. Well I have had the car for a year now and the remote was cracked and falling apart. I am setting in a red light checking this van that said key that is rapid out. I got home did the online search got the number predicted, john answered the telephone. I explained my situation. He gave me a cost of a bit over $150. Get this he said where are you located? Sure enough John showed up cut me a brand new Cadillac crucial using a brand new Cadillac remote, programmed them equally. I was impressed. I was like hey can you make me a few copy's of my home keys? He said sure. In no time flat 2 keys. All I could say is awesome!!
