Awful customer support. Tried when my 18 year old daughter was in a different nation than our home to use as a locksmith and locked her keys in her car. They quoted her $60 when the driver came he loaned $140! He said he would do it for $100 and unlocked the car. He left and secured her car back! My 18 year old daughter. Stranded. I called to inform the shipment and was spoken to rudely and told to listen. I told the guy on the phone what happened. He told me the price was $199 and the driver was being fine. He dropped it $50 after raising it. That is unethical and mean to a young person that is devasted and scared. Will not use again.
