ASAP is highly recommended by me. We had to change the locks for all our doors. It wasn't an emergency, but our petition was handled by ASAP with urgency. They were communicative and timely. Jon was so accommodating with my program since I had my children that day. He moved out of his way to pick up a new and doorknob lock for me at the store. He waited until my children were awake from their naps to drill a new hole. I was so grateful.
I was in a pickle, showing my house with a front door lock which has been busted. So that now all locks work with the key, the lock issue was immediately solved by jon and rekeyed my other lock. I am so Pleased. Jon was a great communicator, timely and professional. Would definitely recommend and/or use.
Jack was a lifesaver. Minutes on a Wednesday night, finished changing 6 locks in about 30 minutes, and gave a very reasonable quote to me. He explained to us the way locks and keys work that was a learning experience also, also loves his job. Highly recommend him!
