They possess the BEST customer service I've experienced from any company in Durham! I strongly recommend them!!! Their prices are reasonable too.
Great experience. I lost the only key to my vehicle. They were able to come to me , get into my car that is locked, and then cut and program two new keys for me in a timely way. This choice was much more affordable and easier than getting keys. The service I received was excellent and I would advise A-1 to anyone in precisely the same predicament.
Courteous, knowledgeable and professional support in a pinch. We were able to get our safe in about one hour of notifying them. Really delighted with the service.

Our mistake wasn't checking all four groups of keys, we assessed the one set that the owner left not the three. Every single one of those other 3 sets that the owner did not make FAILED! We and $48 have.
The owner is a locksmith that is great, however there are others working within this shop that are grossly incompetent. We moved and needed several duplicates of the keys of a vehicle. To save time the owner had the others while he labored on one place, grind out the additional duplicates.
I app my transponder key and had A-1 cut. Ricky did a excellent job. I would recommend these guys.
