Overall he worked efficiently, had been friendly, and did not seem to mind our little yappy puppy:-RRB- Highly recommended.
We hired once we moved in Ben to re-key our entire house and put in a deadbolt. He was able to schedule very quickly and gave us a precise and reasonable quote on the phone. He was super educated and came on time. While he worked, he answered any safety questions regarding our house. We were amazed before we knew it and how quickly he worked, he handed us our new pair of keys. Our deadbolt was also installed perfectly.
When I called to have I was encouraged when the operator said When 3 hours ago I would find a call back in the technician, and I didn't receive a phone, I called back. This is when things turned nasty. The operator said they had no record of me, and I must have called someone else. I informed her I hit redial. As she kept insisting I didn't call them , I offered to send a screenshot of my calls to . Afterward she said they didn't support my area(I live in Brookline), near Beechview. Afterward she said because they're machine was 15, they couldn't create my key. Then she essentially said they can't help me and wrapped up. I composed an email to the business voicing frustration and my dissatisfaction, although I had been stranded, but got no reply.
He managed to repair the door handle on the spot.

My daughter locked her keys in her car. We called a few areas that wanted to cover fees just quote and to come out. Ben charged me a flat rate and asked me that the make and model. I was met by him over the hour and had the car unlocked in minutes. Very reasonable and friendly. I would highly recommend.

RIP-Off! Don't use! They quoted me $19.95 for housecall & $29.95 & up depending on the difficulty of the door but said the serviceman would allow me to know when he got there. He arrived & didn't have to do anything but stick a screwdriver between the door and the frame. Not too"hard". Took him all of 20 seconds to get the screwdriver out of his car. Charged me $95.00. When I complained he took $10.00 off. Still ripped me off. Called the company to complain. She didn't care. DONT USE THEM

I was locked out of the East End apartment. Benjamin came when he said he would, gave an quotation over the telephone, and got me in 5 seconds. Plus he charged than the crisis locksmith I hired! Recommended!!!
