If possible Can give zero stars. Made appointment night ahead for a re-key in a home. Show up day of and no one there at time. Call amount which takes me to AMS locksmith instead; they had the purchase cancelled it, saying James Island Locksmith would send a man. Call the exact same amount although JIL answers this time but says they also cancelled, saying I must have made 2 appointments with 2 firms. I just referred to as the exact same amount on JIL site these calls for all! Then they hung up on me and refused to reschedule. All this while I am sitting in front of the home that needs service there is no way I'd have tried tough to offer my business to them.

Quoted $19 for a service charge to come out prices starting at $25 for keys locked in car. He explained lockouts are $159. The quotation jumped to a last charge of $159 seems intense.

I do NOT recommend James Island Locksmith. By far the company I have ever spoke. Their tech was an hour and a half and the woman argued wit me and told me I'd still be responsible for the service fee, even though no one showed up, when I called to cancel. Certainly worth paying slightly more to get an organization that's worth doing business with. No wonder that their prices were so cheap -- that's the way they'll conquer the competition. Take your company elsewhere.
