While evacuated for Hurricane Florence and staying in the region we had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. During our insurance roadside assistance we were connected with Pop-a-Lock to help our tire changes. Gabriel was efficient and very professional and came out to help us and put on our spare. He arrived fairly quickly, also, and the whole experience was favorable. Thank Pop-a-Lock, Gabriel and you for being there for us in our time of need.
Avoid THEM!
Had me wait for 2hours for roadside assistance which then later cancelled and that I had to locate another company. The tech on route couldn't locate the address even after giving nearby landmarks, he was rude and didn't hav any willingness. The group in the workplace was no no customer or empathy service focus.
Had Pop-a-Lock allow me to change a bicycle after I called roadside assistance and come. The man who came was called Louie I think. He was very agreeable, very professional, and beneficial. Hope I don't need soon, but I'd call Pop-a-Lock again.
