Issac was professional, Affordable and nice. He explained the process before he did everything and was pretty fast and showed up in time! Thanks again!

Scratched dismissed my comment and paint on my bumper.
Does not care about quality of this job. Pulled out a pry bar and was going to split things.

Very professional service! I am rather pleased with these men! I accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of my bmw i328. I initially called my road side service who delivered a guy who had opened the car doors but couldn't open the trunk referred to as a distinct locksmith who stated he was on his way twice but never showed up. After being hammered out for over 4 hours after I called 5 Stars Eli showed up in under 20 minutes and hacked to open the trunk! I was astonished that the pricing was fair! I would reccomond them to anyone.

Called to have an estimate since im not from around here and was phoning different areas. I left my keys in my truck! So I predicted this so called company and his telephone had been so low quality that I needed to ask him three times to get this!! Why are you saying the obvious!! I did ask So moral of the story, he is sooooo impolite to his customer. 0/10 dont advocate!

This place Is Quite unprofessional they charge me $200 for a 10 minute service at my business they were supposed to call me first with a quote of what it was going to Charge me and they never did and Rather they did the job and the Employee paid them Once I Phoned them to see why they did not call me first they made up some bullshit story be very careful Once You do business with people Such as this You'll Get ripped off

Car keys were locked in the trunk. He simply called, stated he had been here... Be waited for me And got the work done. Simple as that. Not very private.

I would give this business a -5 stars if possible. My son locked himself while my spouse and I had been on holiday. Since they had good ratings as the locksmith that was normal, I called this business I used retired. I have learned not to only trust the ratings. The technician showed up promptly, but couldn't key the door in order to get it available (Schlage lock/door knob, seems pretty basic). He told my son he would need to drill the lock use an air ram to force the door shut. Without giving my son the opportunity to call me ask or even give us an option, he used the air ram to force the door. In the process, he split the door frame and shattered it. At least if the lock was drilled, we'd have had the deadbolt to lock to keep it secure till I could get it replaced (plus a much more affordable fix for me - $60 vs $200+). Instead, with the door frame neither lock was secured as the door could be forced open. I called the customer support line to voice my frustration with how they decided to open the door for my son. I explained that I would pay for their support call, but believed they were accountable to fix my door frame. He asked me to send a picture of the door frame to a specific amount for a business phone and he'd have his supervisor (on holiday ) telephone me on January 2nd to discuss. I ended up engaged in a text conversation upon sending the picture, I believed I had already spoken to. However, it turned out that I was blessed with the supervisor, Eli/Ely, and that escalated . I explained that I believed they should repair/replace the door frame and he quickly refused saying that I was able to mend it with"a small putty" this was not his problem. He said it was my difficulty after explaining to him that I now have a security issue as opposed to only a door handle/lock. He recused himself of any responsibility for the technician that was unknowledgeable and for the door frame. I threatened legal action (small claims, etc.) to which he replied,"Good luck with this. I have hundreds of customers each week and I do not need your business." So, consumer beware! Client service. . .non-existent. Backing their job. . .not a Opportunity. Accepting responsibility for lack of a knowledgeable technician and causing damage. . .forget it. Negative 5 stars out of me!

Beware of 5 Star Locksmiths!!!! Our door lock failed, 5 Star delivered. They billed us $395 for the service. The following day we had to have another locksmith come out get the 3 amounts keyed to the doorway - he billed $60. We requested for a $295 credit which we believed was fair, and they denied. Save your $$$ go to somebody else and receive support for a rate. I give them 0 stars.

Together with the Assurance from the technician that it would not cost much, one wasn't granted, despite several request for a quotation. The only upfront cost shared for $29 with all the technicians see. When the locksmith came and picked the lock we were charge a price for $140 just for a door key that is drop. Could have bought a door at that price. Great way to cheat the customers! Stay away from these people.

I had been locked out of my home and I called 5 Star locksmith. They are the best! Josh showed up in the time he got us for the cost!! and said I highly recommend this company to any one who is currently looking for a 5 star experience! Thank you Josh!!!!

Sister businesses with key and Modesto lock that they Quoted cost. Show up an hour. Before giving quotes, started with job. His cost doubled saying they're more difficult to alter the keys in then the kwikset that was cheaper and Schlage locks. Two of the locks 2 and in which kwikset where schlag. When I brought this to his attention he began saying the charge was for labour and I got a fantastic thing. I tried to have a breakdown of the fees and he responded with he will leave and just take his service call fee. It was dishonest and quite unprofessional business
