As a result of malfunction of this latch on front door late last night, it wouldn't open when I attempted to go back in (after taking out our puppy one last time). Standing out to the porch with a puppy, I began to panic. My husband was out of town, it was later 10 pm and that I knew that the problem was not the need for a secret, since the door was unlocked!! Blessedly, I began looking for an emergency locksmith in Lodi and had my cell phone in my pocket. I was able to achieve Arias Lock and Key and was told they'd have somebody out within 35 minutes!!! SO GRATEFUL.
The owner, carlos, showed up and figured out that front door wouldn't be the ideal entry option, so he then spent substantial time working to get to the home and was able to get into the side garage door. This involved drilling through two difficult locks (then installing a new touchpad lock, instead.)
This competent and very kind man not only came out until midnight, but he also did not want to charge me his typical fee!!!! I was blown away by that, but told him that he was worth that and much more!!! Will out him to replace the front door. There's no way I'm able to give Carlos of Arias Lock and Key 10 celebrities, but expect this recommendation will make up for that.

When an opportunity is of no stars I would give no celebrities to this company. We have been waiting for them to get a couple hours to come out and re-key our business and were told two times that their ETA would be 20 to 25 minutes and no one has shown up for hours later. The last time I phoned I had been asked to please hold he disconnected the call and while he phoned the tech. I have called back and have not heard back from anyone from this organization. This firm is very unprofessional I wouldn't suggest them. After reading reviews it appears I'm not the only one this firm has done this too. I would suggest using another firm giving your money.

So I had obtained service out of them I have 98 ford escort that had a new key because I dropped my key ring nicely I was getting quotes on yelp from locksmiths in my place I thought Arias Lock And Key was the best fit for my needs and was mobile. Well the guy came out but that I asked them are they will be able to produce my key for my car that was old he said yes so he came out. He was polite and nice asking me if I had two keys to your car I said no I have one. I guess some folks have 2 keys put and to use into the vehicle. He said coo so he's making my key which didn't take long at all I was happy because I had work so I was on a time schedule. He's finished with my new car key he proceeds to try it out the secret doesn't open the driver door I'm like it doesn't work he tries it doesn't work for him doesn't open the door nor the trunk I'm frustrated just like uh why it's not working. The vital tech took the secret began to do. So I can not open my doors or my trunk am I going to lock my car I'm like wow. He tells me he can return and get his ford key machine maker and make another key I'm like I gotta go to work I can not wait for he said he will come back tommorrow around precisely the same time to produce a new secret that worked for your doors and trunk. I said okay I had his number from everything. I attempted to telephone it was a different tech, and so I attempted to describe the situation he was like okay hold on a minute *Hangs up * and stops calling for me I didn't get the key I had and which they informed me I was likely to get. They texted me I texted back no response so that they can reply that is crazy, I had to telephone from number. They messed up in I had to cover it smh never

The driver was took an hour to get here from time he stated he was and he was rude by th e tone of his own voice.he also gave me 3 different quotes when he got here.The guy did not understand what he was doing from the looks of it. 0stars

Arrived on time. Charged the cost that was quoted. Very pleased with their services.

Arias Lock and Key is my go to locksmith to the northern Central Valley. Carlos always reacts quickly and is quite professional. So keys that are locked is part of my regular, I travel a great deal for work and am constantly jumping in and out of my car. Twice I've called on Arias, and both occasions he answered the telephone immediately, among which was after hours and he didn't hesitate to come to the rescue. Save this number, and spare yourself the bother of having to fish around for a locksmith that will answer later hours (and weekend) calls!

Thursday, May 10th I phoned this company to rekey my newly purchased home. As they were inaccessible which was understandable he made an appt Friday with me May 11. Our appt that they made between 11-12 as I would need to rush back for this and had a dr appt was affirmed by me. As I didn't want to miss or be late I ended up arranging for someone to sit at my house in case I didn't make it back in time. I waited to text and call to inquire if they were coming since it had been passed time and that I hadn't heard a word. I got no answer. I phoned and text a couple HOURS asking exactly the same and to get a courtesy answer. Not a word and waited the remainder of the day. I truly wanted to rekey my home as several people previously had keys and it was just common sense. It had been late and before I could find a different corporation that I needed to experience the weekend. I wished to provide sufficient time to contact me in case there was a valid excuse to Arias Lock & Key. Writing this on Monday May 14 after our Friday appt, I don't think I am jumping the gun AND gave them honest cooling off period. As of now, I have never heard a word from them after my attempts at calling them....NO SHOW, NO CALL, certainly NOT DEPENDABLE!

Carlos was courteous, prompt, and efficient in his job. He was fair. I'll make certain to call him again for key demands and prospective lock.
