Really lovely folks. I had a deadbolt. They knew precisely what I talked about and gave me an amazing price. They didn't attempt to upsell how the 4 other folks did before me (and tried to charge me for obtaining a quote!) .

They officially STOLE 135 money. I wish were lying but that I can't believe that I am not. This place refused refused!!!! To refund me they didn't provide.

I discovered a locksmith to substitute my door lock's air . The man spent 1.5 hours and screwed up my lock to the point my door wouldn't lock. Then from Omega Lock and Security Ben through a hardware store arrived promptly of making contact and finished the job like a machine - 25 minutes. Ben was a genuine professional. Very smart and agreeable.
This business is great. Their support is friendly, timely and professional. Whenever you can a locksmith to assist you break into your own apartment you're in a pickle, and that I had been getting no luck calling all these locksmiths who were being really curt and unhelpful. I had been frustrated by the time and Ben peacefully talked me they had. He had been forthcoming and honest about what this was about to take, asked me questions that revealed he understood what he talked about, and then he showed up twenty five minutes and opened my own door with practiced ease about five minutes. I had been at the end of my rope and this was worth every penny. Thank you Ben and Omega!

From cold and the pouring rain, he came and not only repaired the lock that was stuck, he repaired another lock for free that we could not use, because it had been broken.
