Two visits were left by me. First time was for a tier key that is apt and a different lock smith who did not have the blank recommended here me. They did, I paid a lot less than I'd have had to pay my apt manager and I got my copies back quickly and economically.
So that you have to walk up a flight of stairs, they're on the second floor.
Notice: This review is for getting keys. No idea on their services regarding getting locked out, shifting locks .
The next time they did not have the blank and they politely referred me.
They charge an arm and a leg to do work they don't stand behind it. They put for several hundred dollars 10 years ago in a lock within my own door , they now claim they don't have any way to make new keys for this. I will NEVER use this horrible business and I recommend you avoid them.
I received over 18 phone calls within 2 hours.

I stated as it was just 2 hours, the service was asked 5-6 hours ago, and spoke to a supervisor who did not seem to care.

I would not ever use this company again. I asked to be discharged. I was quoted its an hour and an arrival time of 15-30 minutes later and my client is still locked out of her car because the driver was lost!! Utterly ridiculous--Time and Service is totally unacceptable!!! Of All of the locksmiths in the Metro Area, I found the worst!! Beware!
They are terrific. Very dependable and professional. I asked them to make a replica of my home key, they politely refused, because the replica of my home key was a replica (those thin sliver ones). They stated they could not make a copy that was fantastic from a replica. So I asked my landlord for a first (thick golden ones) and they reproduced my key within minutes. Asked when the key doesn't do the job me to try and come back for a new one. Enjoy them. I will come back. Thanks!
Please upgrade your yelp. It says you are available on Saturdays if your not. I have been calling with no answer. I wound up walking over only to learn you are closed. This kind of waste of time.
I had a few specialization keys cut here and unlike other places, my copied keys worked. Would recommend.
The company basic is that in the event that you quote a cost to get the company, you should honor that cost. Do not charge me $150 when you arrive the agency will cost $95, when I'm told over the telephone. The locksmith did not even try to open our very straightforward lock prior to drilling it open, then offering to replace the lock for another charge, to make things worse. Bad company practice all around. For a great deal less than $150 I might have purchased a drill and completed the job myself and wouldn't have had to wait to show up.
William Gendler is the owner of this organization. He's A THIEF. He will steal your safety deposit. You find a tremendous amount of LAWSUITS filed . A total of 18,200 has fined him from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Please call Jordan for more information. They've been fined another $1000 from the Department of State for their fraud. Please research this company! Mr. Gendler is a habitual liar.
Informed by Bill American Lock & Security's proprietor that if I didn't give all of my job to him he didn't want our organization. In addition, he stated that his business was doing well enough with no small business. Highly unprofessional behavior. To anybody I won't be advocating this Locksmith in future.
