Ivan is awesome! We called and he was there in 10 minutes. From that point, he was able to repair the lock and ensure it will not happen in the foreseeable future by installing a security lock using a feature for a price that is reasonable.

Henry was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I highly urge everyone to go for any matters that are associated to him!

When I called the company to find out why the men had still not come back almost three hours afterwards. I had been told to stop telling them of doing faulty work and they alleged when they got there that my lock had been broken! Then he told me to stop calling him. Below is a picture of what my door left and seemed like after everything had been removed by their men.
The subcontractors fixed my door and eventually came back. They also charged me more since they"helped me out" by fixing the lock, which the they broke!
I got locked out of my flat and called them for assistance. They sent two men, who I later found out were subcontractors. They got me but struck my lock. They took off the entire lock and door handles, and said they needed to go get another guy to fix it.
I would never use this business. They deny any liability if anything goes wrong and used third party contractors.

Speedy service, but undoubtedly more expensive than I thought. I had been billed $350, although the locksmith had to drill through the lock overall was here for 5 minutes.
On the phone they said he could take cash or card, but he would just accept cash, and after I got into my apartment, he said this. So be cautious, you will need to pay cash.

We purchased a new smartlock and that I called Best Notch on a weekday day to get it installed. When was good for all of us, when I attempted to schedule some time that they asked. To which they replied"ok somebody will call you in 20 minutes". Sure somebody was there within the hour to install our new lock called us. He remained to make sure it functioned properly and left us to his cell number in case there were problems over the next few days. Great service!

The store in the area!!! Went before closure to get duplicates of keys! Henry happily let's in & accommodated us to our highest standards. Henry is a loyal amazing worker the up most respect is deserved by &. Would highly recommend Top Notch Services for almost any needs. They are TOO NOTCH!

According to the sign at the door the physical place is available from 9 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday. I have been attempting to copy a key and the location isn't available at the times specified. My roommate and I have gone on two days at 9:30 and 9:15 respectively and the location isn't open. Please change the instances for 10 - 6pm so this doesn't occur again.

The men who came (one named Sam) were pleasant and got the job done in a timely matter.
Estimated delay was 45 minutes but they showed up in 1.5 hrs which is requested on a Saturday evening. The group was able to repair our problem (key broke in automobile ignition) within 20 minutes. The fee was somewhat high (200$) but that's what happens when you divide your car key on a Saturday in NYC.

Changed doorknob and my broken lock. These guys are fast (when they say"we will be there in fifteen minutes" they imply it). Would use them again, and refer them. Greatest in Manhattan.

Have gotten my keys replicated here times. Always quickly completed and never had to wait! Great location!

Very excellent service from sending to the man. The dispatcher gave me concise and clear information and my man was on time and he notified me when he was a minute late. He also installed a lock and silly of us we locked ourselves out, last night. He followed up in 10 minutes with me and I had told him about it and came back to me to fix our lock.

Following a fire in the distance below my apartment, the FDNY crowbarred my door and jammed it closed, then entered through a window and then locked the doors. Roye came on his way home at 11:30pm (after getting to work at 8am) to help me get in. He is extremely nice and has clarified everything and talked through pricing. He is awesome and I cannot recommend his company enough.

This is the ideal locksmith and key service at New York City. Where he managed to unlock padlocks I had lost my keys for alan has helped me. His business is topnotch and services everything you could need for security and surveillance. I fully recommend his services.

My deadbolt secret was missing and it took two people to become in. It took over 2.5 hours plus they jacked up the cost 3x what I was quoted. A friend of mine at the building had theirs fixed for a fraction time and the cost. Is call somebody else.

I have locked out and that I had no phone, no keys, so that I walked across the road. The last time I did this was in the 1990s, so I had a little rude awakening when I discovered that the whole thing would cost me close to $300. I missed my flight, which meant more money tooI was stressed, and broke down. These guys gave me. And now they left me a copy of my keys. They have 24 hour support by telephone and also folks working behind the desk making duplicates of keys during regular business hours. They get the job done and I'm really thankful they are in my own neighborhood.

So quick and easy to have copies. Staff is friendly and copies are very reasonably priced!
