Max was super kind and useful. He saved me $150 by I want to borrow the tools and helping me fix the problem myself. Another locksmith at the region refused to give me an estimate or provide some advice but Max solved my issue in 15 minutes for free. Can't recommend enough!

RUDE owner. I mean that. Within an old man kind of way. When a lock cylinder could be fixed he inquired and I asked him if he had springs and the tumblers. He asked for clarification because he was going about the notion it simply had to become re-keyed (it needs real parts). He blew up on me and ask me what language he spoke in that old man. I wouldn't ever purchase anything. Instead of old man at Amazon Locksmith, I get my expertise shopping

Brought at a mortise lock to be fixed or replaced, charged a high although not unfair NYC cost, but was a little sketchy in substituting a lock for the first original I had replaced and me did bill to get the cost thing that is higher. When it did not match I brought it back and then they gave me the most"real" item. So it worked out but worse I believed I had been made a fool of and I Wasted a lot of my time.

There were two gentlemen at the lock. They were very patient and knowledgeable. If you want something specific but then what I love most when dealing with folks from the industry is they indicate something. You can't ask for anything acceptable or fair . Their prices are reasonable. I expected to cover more.
I came especially to receive a security lock due to the reviews. Naturally, I called to make certain they had the type of lock I was looking for (Medeco) which they did. I took a look and trekked down from Columbia.

Very nasty old guy behind the counter. I watched another customer have trouble understanding him due to his accent. The man was impatient and rude. After the customer left, he ranted at me about how he hates"millennials" and ought to have"thrown out the guy" and"down him."
Plus, the web site says they don't, although they make car keys.

Super. I made one copy of the guy and two keys made them . Nice! $9 money just, for both for less than $10. After producing the copies, I tried them in my doors shortly and they worked. If you need keys I would certainly recommend!

Job on changing the lock. Very helpful if I asked any questions. Would recommend in a heartbeat if you'd like reliable and fast service!

I had been locked out of my flat and I phoned a different locksmith to come help me. A guy had no clue what he was doing he tried charging me way more then initially and showed up it had been quoted. Made a call to Amazon locksmith they showed up quickly and were very professional, honest and accommodating. Best prices also. You don't have to look any further for the best locksmith in town.

Was in and out in less than five minutes. Cost me $10 for four keys. I kid you not. That's about as good as it gets in NYC.
I believed subtracting one star because the owner was on the phone during the entire transaction, but then I decided... well, that's really pretty impressive. The man's a multitasking superhero.

I brought. The locksmith told me it was stuck, but kept it for one more moment, worked on it a few minutes and got it all working. He dropped some payment when I asked for the price. He explained that I would need to purchase a lock could have easily charged me.

I had a simple key he did it & I was out the door. Friendly guy.

Flaked on coming to my house to repair my lock. Made the booking 4 days in advance. Never showed up. When I called he said he forgot.

Duplicates of 3 keys created they were made in under 5 minutes for a total of $7. WOW. Everybody there was very friendly and thoughtful, amounting to some surprising NYC business encounter.

I had. Amazon found a way to fix the lock and I avoided a costly purchase and installation of a new lock. The service is dependable and creative in their solutions and they go the extra space to make things.

Excellent! Had copies of two keys made. It took moments, price $8 for both, and the keys work perfectly.

Walked in to get two keys replicated. Guy cranked them out . One worked the other didn't. Brought it back the next day and it was repaired by him, no questions asked. Quick, hassle-free, cheap (4 bucks a key).

I needed to have my own deadbolt and doorknob Mortiss Lock substituted. The locksmith has been quick, courteous, and prompt. I would recommend his job. In addition they accept credit cards on the spot, so in the Event That You don't Have Sufficient cash available you can give them your CC#

After the"eye" of my chip-encoded ignition key broke off, making it unable to be reattached to a keychain, I stopped in, hoping to find some sort of key cover that could address my issue (without visiting a dealership that could have charged me $180 to get a replacement and recoding). Amazon's owner indicated a hole drilled to the crucial head contrary what we thought to be the place of this processor could do the trick, when I had been advised that there was no such thing. It did! And if I told you how small I had been billed for this support, the gentleman would embarrass.

Made a telephone call. Thirty minutes later, I am in. What else can a guy ask for (besides not locking out himself )?
The gentleman - Sassy (sp?) - that got me into my apartment was prompt, professional, so wonderful. Quite funny too - we had some laughs throughout the whole ordeal. It is rare to get this type of support in NYC. Didn't have money on me followed him back to his store with my credit card to run the payment. . .cute little place, bought a few things (I probably didn't need) just because I was there.
