Mike was The fees for this kind of thing is generally steep and I'm a student, he gave a discount to me and opened my door right away. He waited for me even though I was late by about 15 minutes and was friendly. Was constantly smiling and had a more positive energy. Hopefully I don't lose my keys again but if I do I know who to call )
