Sultan had us back indoors very quickly, and was really helpful with a lock that is difficult.
Highly disappointed at the support and customer service. The customer support rep offered fee for $45 and the tech to unlock the doorway. Upon arrival the technician asked my husband if he desired him to change the lock for $85 my husband dropped since it was too expensive. The technician gave my husband a charge for $195 plus $20 support telephone and subsequently move to drill a hole in our lock. The cost floored us. My husband told the technician we had been quoted a much lower speed and the technician said for us to call the rep. My husband called the rep only for her to say that she wants to affirm the services with the technician and provide a call . It has been 3 hours and no telephone and once we call the amount back no one picks up. Poor customer service along with scamming of consumers.

I locked myself. My luck, of course, it had to be raining. Called a few locksmiths and that I have the best price from locksmith. Sammie unlocked my door in minutes for me and got there about 20 minutes afterwards. Because mine was old and simple to buy in, he recommended a lock. A Multi new lock was even installed by him after showing me different options. I feel much more protected with a high security lock my door. I must sayI had been impressed with the standard of his professionalism along with the job. I will be recommending them and using them .
