Terrific customer service! Quality workmanship! We needed to have two important fobs programmed for our automobile and decided to go to a locksmith with a real"brick & mortar" storefront! Totally impressed with the total amount of inventory and their professionalism! We ended up having home keys created on"fun" shaped keys... no more dull keys with this gal! Purchased rings also had car keys cut! The wonderful thing is that after being"stood up" by Golden Locksmith, earlier in the day, and needing to search for somebody else... we got so much more and paid only $131 for all including tax (Golden Locksmith quoted $145 to plan two important fobs and only cut one)!!!!

Let me just say I had been impressed with their services. Matthew was professional. He proceeded to in timely way and finished the service request and gave his recommendations on what should occur.

Needed locks that they came out quickly, were efficient and reasonably priced.

I decided I was tired of having keys so I called B&B locksmiths and they came out that I re-keyed my door locks all into 1 key and called! I am a happy camper today! The technician could not have been nicer! A man. I believe their prices are acceptable and their job is excellent! I know where I am going or who I am calling if I need a key or some need to call a locksmith!

I am thrilled that I can now shut and lock my bedroom door. Thank you B&B Locksmiths for being prompt and comprehensive. Excellent job!!!

Good service and friendly folks too! I required a Mopar locking gas cap in the job was completed quickly, at a reasonable price, and correctly. Nice to see in this time of a"throw away" world that there are still folks like them around when you want them.

My son locked us out of this house not too long ago and that was the only company on a Saturday that may get to us. Thanks again.

Fantastic service and reasonable pricing. Among those few that can cut at Lexus block secrets without chips. Approx 1/2 the price of the dealer and it takes all of 10 minutes.
Friendly exhibited shop. They have large selections of safes and lock and essential items in stock. Numerous keys gets a discount, simply ask.
Locally owned and operated. Better support than dealer kind or a box location. I have been won by them as a client going forward. Way to go along with 10 stars!

Two Encounters with B&B:1. They reasonably-priced and re-keyed my home a year or two ago.

2. I needed several padlocks keyed alike, and that I phoned them fearing it was a vacation until I received their machine. They phoned me back and talked me through a few options, Although I did not even leave a VM. Fantastic support!

Mr. Rekey delivered an unlicensed locksmith to my house. I requested the locksmith to see his specialist license (all locksmiths must be licensed in the state of Texas). I requested to see his drivers license. He would not grant permission to create a photo copy to me. He was advised by me as a stranger that he could not come into my home unless he allowed me to make a listing of his or her person. Then he left the premises.
Do not use Mr. Rekey. Where they can take note of your possessions and security, this company is sending fly by night immigrants.
I also had an appointment between 9 AM. The builder did not arrive before 12:55. Total waste of time.
I know the guy be part of an organized crime syndicate or could be a felon. Its not worth taking a chance with your family.

Had B&B locksmith substitute my locks to keep someone out of the property. I come back home the following day from a work trip to observe that my home is open and a few items damaged. They inform me I must have left a not allowing THEM know they just rekeyed the exact same home less than 6 hrs ago, when confronting the issue. And of course they told me there is nothing they could do to me. I will not give this place another penny of my money and also HIGHLY suggest that you do.

I locked myself this morning. After I called A very nice gentleman was at my house 25 minutes. Very nice, professional and the cost was a great deal less than I expected. Now, they obtained a customer. I hope more after my post here on Yelp and recommending them to everybody my husband and I know.

Had a tenant eviction issue in our office and had to rekey locks, then cut open padlocks, and place in fresh heavy duty locks. The tech Matt of b&B was from hanging around on the phone. Super masterful with his work efficient, and usually a freaking badass to operate with. Super cheap fast, and most likely the best support I've ever needed. . .Ever! Why can't everything in life be awesome? Definitely will recommend to everyone I know.

This is the best experience. After another locksmith firm cancelled at the last moment on me I predicted. I had been in a pinch since I had evicted tenants and needed the locks. They came through. I could not believe it. Matthew was there within 2 hours and was done in under one hour. He was professional, courteous, and worked diligently to receive my locks. If you require a locksmith, call them. You won't be dissatisfied.

They came same day even though it was no rush. Lay the lock and serviced the other doors that didn't have problems, simply to be sure they all were working correctly. Could not have been better service!!!! Since $98 has been it & a great deal could've been more economical. He gave me some guidance on the degree of our locks, and it was not a sales pitch. I truly appreciated that. Will definitely use them

Pretty lackluster help. Had a demand for a lock to be opened or a key cut for this and got the impression that there wasn't any attention, particularly from the owner, to help out on what appeared to be an"unusual" issue. Clearly wanted me. Had a key copied to allow them to feel much better.

As B&B finished up creating my keys, the locksmith called to inform me he would be here in 30 mins. I laughed.
While I was in from out of town my handbag was stolen out of my sister's car. So I thought I would save some money and use the business enterprise I phoned another locksmith who quoted me a much less expensive price than B&B. I had been stranded, could not pick my kids up or push back home to Austin. 60-90 min arrival time was said by the other locksmith. After 2.5 hours and numerous calls where I had been told to just wait indefinitely, I chose not to give my business to Pop A Lock, and I called B&B. He explained 20-30 mins and he would be here, and on a Sunday afternoon he arrived, with 30 mins. He opened my car, got the job done, was considerate, made me two brand new keys and was able to look up the master code for my door key pad so I could program that. Totally worth spending a bit more money for a business that doesn't leave you stranded someone and is reliable for more than necessary.

I wished to rekey and purchased my home. When I called the man (I think Dave was his name) was very thorough and sort, I want to know exactly what to expect and how much things will cost. They were accessible anytime and instantly I wanted. Travis and matt showed up to my home within half an hour, and I could not have been happier they were skilled, professional, and went well above and beyond what they had been expected to. Having just purchased the home, they gave me great guidance on general safety, assisted me rotate the guards which people actually upside down (not that I'd have ever understood ), and even tightened a few of the other knobs in my home which didn't have locks. . .just to be beneficial and thorough. When they suggested I had been sold on the idea and I finally put in a deadbolt but thought would be something and that would be another visit I'd get around to. Instead, they stated they can do it there and then and all of it had been for quite a reasonable price. . .especially contemplating how long they had been in my house doing this a complete job. I will fully use them any time I could.

I've used B&B for my Fleet of work vehicles for ten decades or more, firm that was superb. ( Just utilize your on telephone guy he has to be costing you later hours Bussiness )
