My front door deadbolt was malfunctioning and I needed a locksmith. Fantastic service once I could get them out. I there was no one available, called on Saturday and then I couldn't get through on Monday. Finally on Wednesday they could come out and repair it. Turns out that I needed the latch replaced. My technician was friendly and knowledgable.
Unbelievably receptionist. She hung up on me for asking a question about programming a key to my motor vehicle. Wow. Don't use them!
going outside to feed the puppy inside somehow my new front door locked behind me. Called this organization and they told me someone would be out in 20 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later, a tech came, has got open the door in 20 seconds, and charges $149. They got the work done, but charged me a fortune and were incredibly late. I would recommend using someone else.
They create a secret which operates, although a lock that is little store in the heights. I had a bunch Produced by Lowes or Home Depot and Not One of the functioned. These guys have unknown keys in stock. One from my 1800's house in Galveston I've always had trouble finding a blank. These guys do good work.
