They came out super promptly to fix a busted front door that would not lock, and they do a superb job making duplicates of a secret we have that's apparently super difficult to make copies of (we tried other areas and they kept producing crappy copies which didn't work). These guys are good at what they do and they are fine. Highly recommended.

I looked for alternative solutions and found Sure-Fit Security on Yelp. I decided to give them a shot and read through several excellent reviews. They solved my issue in fewer than five minutes... Literally! Excellent service, excellent attitude, quite honestly. I am extremely delighted with the service provided by Sure-Fit Security. The cost which I paid was fair. I dropped the key to my bicycle hitch to DC after a lengthy trip from Florida. I purchased replacement keys but these would have taken days be delivered and to send. Meanwhile, I'd have needed to drive with a hitch along with five bicycles hanging out of it.

After a change in staff we looked to get new keys and installing key locks on doors. They were very accommodating. I don't think I ever meet anybody as inspiration as Carl at a customer. I came to Sure-Fit today to pick-up some secrets. Yes, the faculty babies are back from summer break. This is a last minute request but Carl treated it. In the mix of some miscommunication and secrets that were certain he confessed might not have been cut his customer service never lacked just one bit. Carl stepped up, and stepped in to make certain everything will be solved.

They are the best on so many levels. Steve is a joy. They had me send an image of my medico and they sent someone exactly on the dot if their locksmith was supposed to arrive (by the way, Chris is proficient!) . Chris came prepared which I desired. They are much more professional because it had been no overtime one visit as well as also an medico lock. Sure-Fit is superb. I couldn't be happier. This is an excellent business.

Chris D unlocked a bedroom door with a keyed lock in a matter of seconds. I had called at 8 am, he picked up promptly, and was at my home in perhaps 10 minutes. I conduct so I'm storing this number in my phone sacrosanct, an Airbnb and this can happen again using a tenant! Fantastic price. Less than I Anticipated but at the ball park. That said, the procedure you have to go through (just the first time) to open a new account is strict - I had to bring in a copy of my deed of sale for your new house! I'd never actually thought about it... but the ones $3.95 keys you'll be able to get cut at any hardware store are super easy for anybody to copy if they have your keychain in the auto-shop, etc etc etc.. With a restricted key, nobody can copy the key except our list of customers , standing in front of them with a photo id. I really do feel somewhat safer. In addition to the staff has always been useful, and I enjoy knowing exactly who I'd call if I ever were to lock out myself or whatever.
I inherited lock programs that were restricted at both my office and my home, so I have had a range of chances to socialize over the last couple of decades with them. Initially, I definitely balked at the price for making just one key, particularly if I'm the type of person who always like to have additional keys in case...

So helpful! I dropped the key to my filing cabinet and called Sure-Fit Security to program a appointment. Instead, over the telephone, they walked me to locate a keycode which they had in stock. So I drove to the store 10 minutes after and the secret was ready to go. They said they couldn't guarantee it would open, but it was only $16 & worked like a charm! Saved me a few hundred bucks in a service trip. :)

The sure-fit men and women are super knowledgable and extremely fine. Did not take a advantage of a lady such as myself. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Sure-Fit did a great job installing new solid locks on our doors. They did the job efficiently, supplied an fair and accurate quotation in their nice storefront in Silver Spring, and explained what during the procedure. Trustworthy and Dependable!

My main broke in the lock of my entrance door lately. Sure-Fit came out fast (staying in touch to update me when they would be at my home ) and took good care of my difficulty economically (explaining what they had been doing the whole time). It was a simple fix that, at the event which it must occur again, I may be able to look after myself. They process and interaction together was professional and felt quite ethical. The folks at Sure-Fit were lifesavers. I'd been searching for months (literally) for a location that could make additional copies of our apartment key but because it was an old key it had been impossible to track down a location that could produce the copy - which is, except for Sure-Fit! They were professional the whole time and courteous and left the key under 2 minutes. I will be coming back here for sure!

I want one thing when I visit a locksmith keys. Without a doubt, this location can duplicate any key known to man. Because apparently my keys are very difficult to make, I understand. I had to return 3 times for them to get the right fit. I will say that for the hassle of moving back 3 times, the owner actually cares about his customers and they try to do everything possible to make the enables work. I would return for duplicate keys .

I needed some extra keys, but had just a copy of a copy of a copy of the key. It had been difficult to make a secret that worked. Until they triumphed, Nevertheless, they tried. It costed me. Very professional & friendly.
