Kaiser took time and ability to make a key for a lock that was challenging. It was the original lock for an Airstream, plus they kept me updated because the process took. Their customer service is great, and I'd be happy to urge Kaiser to anyone desiring locksmithing done.

My Adventures with Kaiser Lock and Key were Excellent from the Start! I called Kaiser Lock when I was in town visiting. My cousins had locked themselves from their house and couldn't get back in without breaking a window. I called Kaiser Lock right before they opened, and they called me back! The lady who helped me on the phone told me that she would send someone and help us right away, even before they had opened, and was nice! They wanted to ensure we got back indoors asap! We were back in the house in 30 minutes: Kaiser Lock and Key provide the best customer service I have ever received from any service industry!

I left a message and called late on a Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning I phoned around 9 and talked to a worker. I told him we had three locks. We waited, waited and waited. We chose to call Key and Buffalo Lock and they informed us the afternoon. The work was performed in a professional way. 2 weeks later, kaiser finally called back. I couldn't believe how bad their customer service was. I could not recommend Kaiser to anyone.
