Advance Lock & Key

This place has existed a very long time. They're a one stop shop if that is what you want. They do emergency repair. They're family and I enjoy that very much.
They're registered so that gives me a degree of comfort. The service is wonderful. I will use them again and enjoy them.
I am able to get keys made there and they really work, as opposed. They could change dead blots out if you want, or just alter the keys.

Go! Guy charged me $5 percent key to decrease blanks I brought in myself. Neither key worked, one that he cut key would not even go into the lock, the alternative was simply incorrect and doesn't open the mailbox. ANdD he had been impolite acting like I bothered him. Took the 1 key back, he cut on the ideal side and cut another one of MY blanks.

Buyer beware. They substituted a gate for me and the new knob they installed ceased working. I used the latch seems like I obviously got a quality part and also opened the gate. When they returned they told me there wasn't any guarantee on the part or the labour and charged me full price for both again. Doubly annoying although I felt like I'd paid for part & the very first visit but figured the issue was solved thus did not live on it. But now that I know they don't even stand behind what they sell, I would not recommend them or utilize them.

Employed to get keys but go so tired of the keys not working when I got home! This place is well priced and quick, efficient. No waiting at a line in the door knob aisle to not even have functioning keys at the close of the day. Thank you for all you do!!

In looking for a couple door components parts that were basic came. Guy in the counter glared at me and was completely dismissive, arrogant, condescending.
You don't let the door hit you on the way out, or do business his way, at his convenience.
Felt like I had been a customer in the SoupNazi in Seinfeld, except that the soup sucked.
He maintained that the part my builder mailed me to get doesn't exist. WRONG, they are seen by me posted a pic. Very impolite when I even showed him that the parts and clarified I needed, told me that I did not understand what I was talking about, then understood and complained that he would have to order the parts.

Late 4, we called and he came within 15 minutes. Solved our difficulty in just a couple.
These guys rock and are so rapid. Ask for Justin he's the very best!

Horrible. They stated the dispatch is known as progress locksmith. A guy was dispatched by them . Read my prior review on my page to get an accurate description of the reason for my low rating.

Richard arrived at our house because our Marvin doorway key had been giving trouble to us. We called Marvin and they needed $400 for the PART. Richard solved the problem using our existing lock, at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you!!

Excellent customer support from the owner (I imagine that is who he is) every time. Very friendly and easygoing. Key copies are made within minutes at a great price. I come here anytime I want this type of service. Thank you!!!

Before I found I went to four areas.

Disappointed that after spending over $500 together to replace doorknobs under a year ago, they cost $65 to emerge and spend two minutes (I live two min away by car) to disassemble and reassemble doorknob to repair the latch which was not working properly. Called the owner to let him know and he had been indifferent to my concerns, stating when I did not need to have the labor and service cost and it was the manufacturers fault I must have brought the doorway. Won't be using them again.

Customer relations isn't a point. I needed a skeleton key for a China cupboard lock which got lost in a move. I'd purchased the skeleton key out of a locksmith in Houston. He advised me to bring to get one. I replaced the system and purchased a new cheap brass lock set for 11 dollars off of EBay. It wasn't a nice experience.

Excellent customer service. I was disappointed that a secret I had cut from a code that was key did not fit my lock. The proprietor explained the blank cut at a secret was out of spec, and made things right. A retailer's personality is never more obvious than when things go wrong. Needless to say I'll be coming back whenever necessary. They are real professionals. Bonus: open Saturdays.

I locked myself. They were nice, showed up in about 30 minutes, opened the door for a reasonable cost that is super. Fantastic experience!

I work for a industrial and residential door firm. At times we get locks that are odd that no one seems to be able to figure out. Every single one has been figured out by advance. Best in the city, hands down.

They were great, came over right away, the cost was very reasonable, they were fast and nice. I had my lock altered and it was a much easier process than I thought!

Our HOA has used Advanced for several decades. David is off and impolite putting but his employees more than compensate for it.

I needed to re-key a total of approximately 14 locks, our house and all gates. I called the technician and this company managed to come over 24 hours and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. The price was fair and less than a prior re-key I'd completed by a competitor. I definitely recommend them.

These men are kind and helpful. Off my car key was broken by me . It had a chip, so I was worried they couldn't do it. Dealership would have billed me close to $300. They cut me a new key for $78 and came !
