Secured Locksmith

I manage an apartment complex at Whittier. I called a locksmith companies to find an estimate make over 100 + keys and to rekey 6 locks. After getting about 4-5 quotes from several companies I called Secured Locksmith and John quoted me a comparable price for the job and did not charge me a trip charge. He arrived before doing the job to see what had to be done and gave me the exact price for the job. He was efficient, honest, professional, quick and rather nice. I highly recommend John from Secured Locksmith for all your locksmith needs! Definitely discussing all of my friends and family and calling him! Thank you John!

Before locating them, literally went through 3 businesses and crazy antics. With those 3 other companies they tried to pull a bait and switch. I spoke right. He came across as a honest businessman.
100% satisfied and we will be using them for all our lock requirements from now on.
He stated he'd try to satisfy me if the street didnt work out and quoted me prices. He did just that. My locks are powerful and secure. They also work better then they ever have. We needed to wiggle the doorways since day one since the guards were so inflexible.
This firm is highly recommended by me.

Ashamed to be locked from our home! Thanks to Yelp, we were able to find John from Secured Locksmith who will be coming in 20mins. I was afraid we wouldn't have found someone so fast to respond, esp on a Sunday! When they imply 24/7, they mean it!

8pm on a Monday nightI find out I have locked myself from my property, no garage distant and no keys to your front door, after calling some places that weren't available to help me, Secured Locksmith was my 5th call of the day. I was somewhat reluctant to call since they have one yelp review. John took my phone, he was very professional and has been able to instantly assist me. True life saver at that time of night. Eddie, his technician, kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival. Eddie showed within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was professional, honest and respectful. I felt comfortable around him. He took a look at the locks in a knob, a deadbolt and my front door with a lock, he also informed me that it could be cost effective if he opened the garage door instead of the front doorway. Honesty goes a long wayhe could've easily only worked on the front doorway, and I'm sure it would've cost me a leg and an arm. His personality says a lot about the business. The cost was past reasonable for an after hours telephone. I have worked at the facility maintenance business and I am aware of the cost for an after hours telephone. I strongly recommend Secured Locksmith, they are saved to my contacts as the only locksmith I feel comfortable recommending them and with for my house.

Great service, quick response time, and incredibly effective. John was friendly and extremely helpful. He managed to open my car and get me a brand new key in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend this place.

I called them yesterday to do a key for my key and even though he was not able to create key to flip my vehicle on I nevertheless give him 5 stars since he strove for 2 hours and created 3 keys to attempt to unlock it and did not charge me 1 pennies since he couldn't do it. A good deal of companies charge and try even if they couldn't do it but he wasn't exactly the same. Quite honest man I recommend.
