Great Support Wanted him to come asap That He come in less than 20 Minutes on a Sunday morning to Allow Me to unlock my storge he changed me a price when every Additional lock smith Wouldn't give a qouet to me

The locksmith was carrying a while, and so I stepped away to make coffee and didn't realize he was actually damaging the crown molding. He then said break it and then he had to drill the door lock. This is apparently all"normal." In the end my bedroom lock was drilled by them. I have used a locksmith and they had an instrument that unlocked the door. So I'm not sure why it had to come to this...
It feels like they do not have the gear.
First of all of my usual locksmith was out of town this weekend and my locksmith petition is sent by Yelp to a few businesses. My fault for not checking this business does not have any reviews. I'm very disappointed with the service they provided since they damaged my crown molding and also my door lock and simply told me that this is normal (which it isn't). I've had this door opened and locked by a different and trusted locksmith free of damage and within seconds.
Anyhow they opened the door and left a gaping hole at the lock (which I allowed ) which meant they didn't have to make the previous efforts of attempting to open the door and hurt my crown molding. See pictures for example.
I don't suggest them.

I broke off my key in my doorway at night at 9pm time. Messaged Dor and has been my own apt. Within 10 min. Of replying. Very reasonable pricing as well. highly reccomend!
