For me really recommended him I was lockout Within my Minutes and Started

We were ROBBED!!! This provider totally scammed ya advised us $25 to let us in and by the time I went to the ATM & back they had shifted the entire lock and presented us with this bill. They're insane. We be WARNED DO NOT USE!! and also will fight this together with our credit card company' I wish I could give this 0 stars.

The boss asks me how far I am willing to pay and that I tell him the exact amount on the site. He says okay he will do it for the price on the site and tells me to provide the phone to the technician and the tech roll his eyes. He knew from the start he could get it open and straight up lied and inflated the price on the site.
This can be a word for word scam that you can read about if you Google NYC locksmith scam article from the NY times.
He ended up calling his boss three times and keeps putting me on the phone with him. I explain the problem about the way I won't be intimiated with this nonsense and how their site was misleading. Eventually the tech hangs upon his boss and goes"okay how about for $100 I attempt to open it" So I explained with him,"you just told me this lock was not possible to open yet you need $100 to ATTEMPT to open it" His words were fumbled by the tech as he was obviously caught in a lie and called his boss back .
Let me say this first - I'll report them to the BBB and this company is a scam that is 100 percent. I done research should have read the reviews as well as in NYC.
He lowers the price and I say . Then he lowers it. It goes on for 15 minutes after which he goes"okay then give me $65 for my time". I denied as this was obviously a scam from the start and responds back by saying"okay then give me $20." So sketchy.
Stay away from this company and also be people.
Avoid this company. Also need to mention he attempted to follow me would just take cash refused to make change so we had to go by me.
For opening a door that is locked as $ 35 + $20 service charge on their site they list the costs. That looks reasonable. There is not any langauge on the site that suggests any sort of expenses or commission arrangement. Seems reasonable enough. I call and they have a"tech" at my location within approximately 45 minutes.
I called these guys cause I found a decal of theirs on my building door so I figured they were related to the building. It turns out, they were in no way, shape or form associated with the building. They simply go around and put decals on all those locks or doors they see and trick you into believing they're partners or work with your building. Unbelievably sketchy.
The guy shows up and we go to my doorway and looks at it and shakes his head and goes"oh no - this is one of THOSE locks. This is impossible to open without breaking" I ask him what the price is and he says $250 to break it + $65 because of his time + another $250+ for a lock that is new! Because I thought he was joking I really laughed. He confirmed again it would cost me $500 to get in my apartment. I didn't need to become inside their immediately so that I said no thank you I am not paying that isn't what your site said and that is false advertising. He's quick to inform me he is"trying to help out me" and that's too low as he could go. Spoiler: it was not.

I contacted the amount, also got locked in my pajamas at 9pm. The tech shows up telling me it's 65$ service charge, 220$ to drill the lock, and 170$ to change the lock. I attempted to sue and the manager was called by him and he stayed at $455. As I am, THEY COMPLETELY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. I was distressed and paid (since I had been in my pajamas). It Appears I am not the only one to have been scammed and will report them, after reading the testimonials

Just spent the past 15 minutes scratching a sticker they put in my gate to advertise themselves. Looks like these jerks put a decal in the gate of my block on everybody. Don't support.

When I needed his services, this locksmith was really helpful. 2 am in heavy rain he showed up and gave me access to my house. Waiting time was brief and the man was really professional. In a very brief time and in a really reasonable price. I will conserve his amount.

I was scammed by this company. Stay away from these. I locked myself out of this flat, called them, they said they might help and that I'd hear from a technician shortly. I was called by A technician, came and we started talking the lock. Instantly he explained that it was impossible to unlock it without destroying it, and lent me a $45 service charge on top of $245 for drilling (and breaking) the lock. That seemed far off to me, since the company's site lists the service cost as $20 and the cost of doorknob locks as"$35+"
The business called me to follow up, claiming that their technician's calls weren't being responded to by me. I told them that their"technician" already showed up but claimed to be from another company. They asked me how much he charged and if it had been in all money. Then they apologized and kind of mumbled something about the way they called the incorrect technician.
When I brought this up with the technician, he claimed to be from a totally different business. He threatened a $65 cancellation fee, As soon as I said I'd look at other choices, because I didn't need to destroy the lock. He also mumbled about this particular lock is impossible to get beyond some more. Each time that I was ready to say forget it, he waffled and attempted to make something work. Eventually he said"if I can get in without breaking the lock, would $200 work?" It has to be money. I consented. He proceeded to get in in about 15 seconds. At that point I knew I had just been scammed. It had been clear my lock was simple as any other. He pretended so he could anchor a really high price, it had been some special ultra.
Overall, this business is simply textbook scammy. Find someone else.
Afterwards, I discovered that what I experienced was a locksmith scam that was really typical. Never trust a locksmith who states the lock has to be replaced, it is the most common ploy to bill a price that is high. Also, many"locksmiths" are just call centers who outsource the work to local dishonest men and women. That is what happened to me.

A friend of mine referred me to this company after I had been locked out of my house with my dog.they were therefore understanding and came so quickly hearing the panic of my voice.the guy that came was so professional and so sweet knowing how mad I was.
I had been charged as today everything is so overpriced.i would recommend this company to anyone who wants any locksmith support 35, near the nothing for their support which was an wonderful surprise And I'll certainly be using them in the I hopefully

The guy came over to substitute a lock and a deadbolt. He was experienced and fast but the price was absolutely insane. He also charged me 489.00 dollars! I anticipated it to be 250 or 275, however 489.00?!
If I want a locksmith 11, I will be looking elsewhere.

I wish I could give this business a five-star inspection, since when I was locked out of my apartment they came promptly (their support was promoted around the front of my building) and the job itself was quick and very nicely done! However... I was billed $353?! He quoted me $175 for entrance and a"small fee" for replacing the lock. I felt taken advantage of since I was in no position because he had already completed his job to negotiate or decline his final cost. The price tag has horrified every man I've recounted this experience to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
