UTS Locksmith Deltona

Don't USEMy 2YO son and I moved to the park and inadvertently locked keys in the car, I phoned this locksmith service and they quoted the bottom rate starting at $45, $25 to emerge and starting at $20 to unlock the car, I asked him to clarify"starting at" and I was told if the initial attempt to start my car didn't work different methods may be more expensive, entirely understandable, therefore I asked how soon they could dispatch a technician, I was told someone would be at my location in 20-25 minutes. OVER AN HOUR LATER a technician showed up and opened my car on the first attempt, in less than 3 minutes AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME $159 without talking any cost or even telling me that was the price when he asked how I would be paying, I advised him I would be paying with a debit card and he took my card AND STILL NEVER TOLD ME HOW MUCH HE WAS CHARGING ME. I later looked at my account and observed that he'd charged me nearly quadruple the original quotation and called back to talk with customer service, rep said she'd call me back when she spoke to her boss, never called back, so I phoned again and THEY JUST LEFT ME ON AN ENDLESS HOLD. Certainly they prey on individuals in need and have business practices that are inadequate. I am disgusted not only in correcting this matter by the deceitfulness that took place. Please utilize another service.

The individual that I spoke with on the telephone was rude, I ended up picking a firm that was different. Pretty bad when you can't even get through scheduling a consultation!

Terrible. The people hang up on you when you phone in! Which is by far very rude and unpleasant. They certainly need to seek out people to answer the telephones she sounds like she hates her work and her lifestyle!!!!!
