This locksmith was called by me on a whim and they dispatched a technician to my house faster than a sandwich can be made by Jimmy John!

Apart from he left a 2" streak of WD40 from the lock into the bottom of the door.
It took him less than 5 minutes to open the lock. He did so by spraying . The lock did not need to be eliminated or taken apart. It was just an issue of rust from moisture. I had no problem paying the excursion cost but the additional $70.00 to unlock seemed excessive. I will not use them .
I phoned them this morning, 10/13/2018, because I couldn't open the deadbolt. The person on the phone was quite friendly. Jimmy called back and seemed like he'd just awakened. He had to hold his arm into the side to maintain his equilibrium when he came. I asked and he said he had been in a lot of pain
Wow. Terrible don't appear to do justice to it. I called to ask about a key. Nia said they can do it. I said I would call to tell them what time. I said I would be there at 2:00 and called at 11:30. I don't live or work near Dobbins Air Force base (next to their shop ). I came at 2:00. Nia, who could not care less, said"oh we don't have any technicians now". I said"I made an appointment". She replied in a way that shows she really didn't care. "Well the technicians are outside on jobs and if they are called they go"l, it is going to be ATL east an hour" Are you kidding me? Obviously I didn't get my crucial will I ever be back. Good thing there are other businesses that make keys. She didn't appear to get this. Wasted 2 hours of drive time. Can not get worse service anywhere.
Xavier affirmed he would be in the place to modify lock at 7. So that I call d to ask where he is, he didn't reveal at 710 and he said he explained he would be there about 7, not 7. Really!!! That not a business should operate. You devote time period let us say 5-7 or it's a set time. I told him that I didn't have the time thanked him for wasting and that he did not show up in time.
This dude has been fast. I had a spare key programmed for my car, and he was done in likely just more than 5 minutes. The man appears to have lots of gear and knowledge for all sorts of models and manufactures. Definitely recommend!
