Arrived a bit frazzled and worried, he proceeded into programmed the key that was missing and kindly unlocked the door. He was quite calm and nice about everything, put me at ease. The gentleman might have flashed the closed signal in my head and awarded me"come back to tomorrow, we're closed".
I'll gladly use their services again.
Lost my keys into my 2012 Honda, within 20 minutes of coming to the business, I had a key that is new. Now they needed to be flashed although Near the end of afternoon, I discovered the car keys in the home and that I had 3 minutes to get to their storefront.

My door lock not worked and made entering hopeless. After texting some photographs -- they replaced the component immediately and sent someone out the following day -- so pleased to have the door repaired! Very courteous.

I want to thank crew and Mike for helping me in timely fashion that one wouldn't anticipate, at Foster Bothers! Quality customer support and Same-day service is nonexistent in this era.

That being said, I haven't used them for remote services (like calls to come to my home ). Just for in-store shopping, having keys made, etc..
This is an authentic real locksmith with a storefront, not only a call center that's currently going to send some random contractor out.
There was one case where they didn't have the perfect technology in home to perform the exotic key I needed, and they referred me to a different storefront location (a rival!) In another town, which managed to perform the job. Classy move, to assist your customers get service that is good though it means sending them somewhere else. So I like and hope these guys.

The door locksetn't worked together with the key. I took pictures and described the situation in an email and Jeff out of Foster Brothers. Told me exactly what the problem was and how to fix it myself. I was able to. I door setup replacement or will go back to these in a heartbeat when I need future work completed! Thank you Jeff!

I looked for rekeying choices. I went by the shop and Mike was of great help. He request some pictures of the lock when I moved back to the condominium, that I texted to him. He was very quick to look up the details and provide me the choices. Very pleasant to manage.
Their service man came and rekeyed the lock a couple days later. Fantastic service. They are strongly recommended by me. At no point we felt pressure to do something we did not need or wasn't right for all of us.

Foster Brothers rocks! We lost a key to some file cabinet in our office and also had a key. Since the key is really a pre-fab it can't be trimmed, and because we didn't know the manufacturer on the furniture we were pretty much. Did I mentionthis is a pair of wood furniture that is hard that is heavy and not easily replaceable? The guys at Foster Brothers searched their catalogues and discovered that the key! They ordered us presto it! Success! With wisdom, their help and willingness to go the extra mile we would be in a loss in so many ways.

I was referred to Foster Brothers about 2 years back by Home Depot, of all areas. I had some keys that apparently used some weird blanks and none of the hardware shops around could help me. Since that time I have come a handful of occasions back with odd keys and they literally have EVERYTHING! And these guys are super nice and super quick !

Replaced, and very professional and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I then asked Chris if he could rekey front door, which he did in less than 10 minutes.
I clarified the latch onto the sliding door being unable to click and called.
