Nova Locksmith

After locking myself out of my vehicle in the center of Union Square, I was preparing myself for a 1 - 2 hour wait on AAA or a local locksmith (whichever came first). I found Alex out of Nova Locksmith on Yelp and gave them a call!
Alex got the particulars of my vehicle picked up the telephone immediately, and I want to know he would be there in 15 minutes. The telephone call was effective I nearly thought I misheard I him and so quick, but 13 minutes he gave me an additional call.
20 minutes were taken by the experience from the first phone call to complete! A price was charged for what was an efficient, quality, and total day-improving support. This doesn't occur but if it does, Nova is going to be my move to!

Friendly and very professional.
We phoned him to repair the deal to the deck door of our unit, today - we discovered when we attempted to open it for air on a warm SF night, it was broken. Alex scheduled to the day we called, and he was able to come back an hour early which was great. He explained what believed the next day it would arrive and needed to be substituted. I've never seen a company with more than 200 five star ratings on Yelp other than Alex in Nova Locksmith - with both experiences I know why. My husband explained Alex has supplied us with the best customer service we have ever received from SF - I agree.
We had used Alex in Nova Locksmith in the past to rekey locks after lobby thefts were recorded with video. He changed the locks and supplied 80 right new keys. Us impressed then.

What to say - my car was locked, key in the ignition, and I was short on time. Called Nova locksmith and they were there in under 30 minutes, opened my car with no problems or damage to the vehicle, and had quick mobile payments via credit card. Reasonable cost believed paid $95 and was 40 minutes after locking my key in the vehicle.

I browsed Yelp for a locksmith and locked myself out of my flat this morning. I looked a few up but scheduled for Alex to come rescue me since he is quick to respond, flexible, and has an affordable price point.
Alex is super friendly and efficient! He managed to get me back. He's my savior for today and I would highly recommend him!!

Was way drunk to replace the guards on the store's door. Glad I discovered Nova! Alex super efficient, was punctually and we had 10 keys along with a new protected lock ! Alex was an remarkable locksmith! Responded got in 15 minutes into my location, super quickly, also opened my door up immediately. He was courteous and extremely professional. If I lock myself out again (God forbid), I will definitely call him up .

Alex was super responsive friendly and useful. He showed up within the promised window. Of time. He pointed out that it needed some iron work attention to be secure when he re-keyed our gate. He also re-keyed our doors and offered referrals we needed. Will be using him again in the future!

My afternoon was off to a bad start but Alex at Nova Locksmith righted my morning. Nova answered the phone (not true with other areas I called), they estimated that the time to hit me. It was true! The locksmith was good natured, friendly, fast and I wasn't charged a sum. I place this locksmith within my contacts. Nova will be called by me very first, if I'm in a jam again.

Alex was amazing and friendly. He was very communicative before our appointment and functioned super fast once he came. He left us keys free of charge as well as oiled all our locks! Fantastic price and a great guy.

Without even having my phone I locked myself outside of my apartment carrying the trash out this weekend! I borrowed my neighbors telephone and googled"locksmiths near me" and known as the first one and Alex picked up and arrived in 20 minutes! He was very nice to talk to, and he confirmed I dwelt there. I was in my apartment with 30 minutes! Hope I don't lock myself out again, but if I do, I'll be calling NovaLocksmith!
