Novato Lock Inc.

I had a lock which needed to be re-keyed. This morning, called Mike and he was able to fit me in before he headed into Southern Marin. He was brilliant, very knowledgeable, quick and very affordable. Will make sure to utilize him from now on!

He saved me a service call by me bringing in my locks to be rekeyed to come to my house.
I had to rekey some locks and went to investigate at their store and I found the store closed. Disappointed but I did not let that dissuade me. I left a message and got on the telephone. A really wonderful fella named Mike returned my call. He went out on calls and he explained that they were short handed and making appointments to come by for support at the shop.
Mike couldn't have been nicer. He gave me advice about how to maintain the locks in good working order by using a lubricant then and now.
I would highly recommend using our local vendor when it comes to anything keys or locks. Mike is a great neighborhood family guy trying to maintain the custom of Novato Lock Inc. living and servicing our neighborhood. Licensed and Licensed.

We called Novato lock yesterday. The call was answered by mike instantly. He was knowledgeable enough to re-key that our 50 + year old front door lock. He was able to come to our residence the next day.
He had been courteous prompt and reasonable. We will call Novato lock now on. I highly recommend them. Thank you Mike

This location needs regular store hours. 7 a.m. to 11 a.m, 8:30 to 12:30, 3 to 5... something.
Nobody is there, although I'm not sure what's happening in this location.
I have called many times and have been told various hours, yet each time I go (during the hours they tell me) no one is there.
Sad to see they aren't what they once were.

Mike was excellent. He was able to repair our lock that another company said our only option was to replace. He is quite fair and walked me through step by step through the procedure. I would highly recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about Novato Lock! My husband and I just bought a condominium and I called Mike in Novato Lock seeing his availability to come out to change the guards. I was so pleasantly surprised that Mike managed to come out not only biased, but after he called him. He went over and beyond rather than only changed our locks quickly and economically, but he noticed our patio gate scuffed the wood patio deck and provided to take away the wood terrace on the spot to raise the boards so that it would no longer scrape the deck. Such amazing customer service!! Thank you so much Mike to detail!

Mike was great! He had been quick change my locks and to come out and made it all seem so easy! He's a great man and I strongly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when Mike showed up at 12:40 and was prepared to get the job done. I showed him that the 3 locks to be rekeyed and a issue with one of the door handles which did not permit the door handle to get unlocked. He popped the door greased the pieces and the door handle has been fixed and handle . He handed me keys and rekeyed the 3 locks in about half an hour.
I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism which Mike demonstrated to me through this undertaking. He was also polite and courteous. I will use jobs are locked by Novato Lock for my upcoming.
I had the locks rekeyed on my property, so since they are a well lock business in Novato, that I called Novato Lock. I phoned on Thursday and managed to get an appointment for Friday between 1-3. I thought"ugh" because I believed I would have to wait around until 2:30 or so for the guards to be rekeyed.

I phoned and Mike said he'd be over within the hour. My door hardware was taken. He showed up within the hour. It was not a brand so that he was unable to repair it. However he gave me some suggestions for how to track down the essential hardware and I'm in the process of doing that.
My opinion is that he gave it his very best shot. He was very professional and billed than I expected. I will call him when I get the components.

I've used Novato Lock for both my work and home. I would highly suggest them. It's a family run and owned business. The proprietor Mike was Curtis and skillful. I had called a different lock smith at Novato and was quoted at a cost in addition to being told they were to busy to come out the exact same day. I was quoted cost with out giving others businesses name and they were there in an hour. I Will be using them for any locksmith needs.

Highest praise. Giant thanks. He replaced our door lock and made keys after breaking Friday visitors to arrive here asap. After my purse, CDL and door key went missing. WHEW! We can sleep soundly. Thank you Mike!

I can't say things. He's friendly, efficient, came out the exact same day when I wanted all 10 locks in my house changed (yes, actually - identical lock for all of them) - and the best part is he did the job quickly, efficiently, with ability, and was quite reasonably priced. You do not get much better than that!

I've only moved to Novato and who knows how many secrets are floating about to our new home so I decided to get some house and garage keys made. Mike managed to come over within the hour and change out all my locks and deadbolts and create an additional 6 keys that really work and don't stick - thank you Mike! He was friendly, efficient and a fantastic cost -- thanks for a fantastic introduction to the companies here!

We had Novato Lock come out and our locks closing day when we bought our house. We called them on our closing day to re-key again, After we moved in March 2017. Both times completed everything immediately and they have been on-time.
