We have had these men set up a few automated locks at our firm in San Rafael. They have been punctual, clean, and priced. Highly recommend.

Following the install in 6:25pm we see the door handle was set up sideways vs the one next to it, we immediately called and txtd him pics(6:28pm see time stamp on pics of txt messages) since he said there could be no problem and the knob may only be installed one way and sent him pics, his response:
I could have purchased a new lockset for $190.
You provide warranty, never came up, client service blech...
"Get an Allen screw and fix it, it will not take you 2 secs to perform it, I can not come back anymore" and that is how you loose prospective customers. Rather than twisting the story just say the"Truth" I would have enjoyed that and would have changed my critique for being honest and honest, everybody makes mistakes, but dont blame your customers for your incompetence and attempt to think you could fool those who read your response to this review.
Located them on yelp with good reviews..These guys came to my in-laws house and when I spoke to him about the telephone he said it was $45 plus the components, turns out it was a $266 bill, should have asked for a quotation first before actually having him come out and work on the lock set, he installed a new dead bolt mechanism and this will be after I disassembled the door/lock set.

Tal rescued us when we forgot our home key to our second home. We called and he said he was there promptly and he would be on our place at 20-30 minutes. It was 3 hours back to our other house and we had been in no mood to drive back. Our lockbox was vacant of our spare key so we had been desperate to get in. He managed to make entrance because the spare key was a mystery and the locks changed for security reasons. Very happy with his professionalism.

So, my family and I have been setting off our ruined home door lock for decades. We have settled on neglecting the lock that was dead and only using the spring lock. How dangerous! So, now I called him and I obtained and automatic text reply saying so, though he didn't answer because he was driving. A phone call from Tal, the main guy. He was able to meet with me in 30-45min, and he kept me up. AWESOME! He was fine and moved off to examination of our locks WHEN he got here. We have a little bothersome dog that yaps at everything (and is still going as I type this) but it didn't bother him and he showed no negative reaction to her which reveals true character. We moved he certainly explained my options ie shifting both vs or the handle redoing the whole home without keeping our key routines. It was nice knowing with what I desired, he could work. He allowed me to see his job so that I could narrow and taught me a few hints on re setting a basic key cylinder. This guy was efficient all about no nonsense. He chooses cash of course and also credit card which is super convenient. This guy was convinced from begin to finish and the end result is stress relief and a much safer house from my family! My children locked us. I predicted Tal inquiring about how long it would take him to drive down to his commission and Marin. We called Tal when we were done and went to dinner. He didn't take him long for us and arrived in 20 minutes. Tal was fine, professional and pleasant. Thank you Tal!!!
