Frank is truly a hero. My telephone dropped my lap getting out of a car off and turned right to a sewer. I thought I would never see it again, need to buy a new phone, shed my personal info all - you name it! I called frank and he was able to retrieve It in NO TIME. It was off my person for more than 30 minutes. That saved me hundreds of dollars, all of my photos, contacts and more. If you're in a jam and need maintenance help, look no farther than the Hollywood Hero's along with Frank.

I can not say enough good things about Frank!!! He's an handyman and locksmith! I want someone to replace the old school mortise lock into the normal lock. Not only he did a great job but also with a great price! He was able to come and I called him the minutes and finished the job! I would call him again! Highly recommend!!

This morning, I called and both agreed to meet with day, I ended up having to run last minute errands and Frankie was very understanding and helpful. It also took no time to him.

I'd gotten locked out of my flat door at a complex therefore there wasn't any maintenance to help 26, and it was after 8pm. I made a quick yelp search & came across Hollywood Heroes... figured why not call em up! They were very cordial & kind were over to unlock my flat door at a lil less than a quarter hour. Didn't take em long to have the door unlocked & they there was no remorse trip lecture from the guy! Person - Frankie was the guy if I recall correctly. Yeah guess it's an easy lock although I could not get it. I highly recommend this business. Cool people, quick service & dirt cheap prices if you have a bolt lock. Maintain em bookmarked!

Got called at a jam and locked out of my apartment on a Sunday. Super support that is quick and efficient. Would use again and highly recommend!

I've never been in this situation before where I got locked out of my flat (ugh) and so I had no idea what to expect. It was after hours and I phoned the nearest locksmith to me personally, which I am SO thankful was Hollywood Heroes, because their locksmith Frankie came into the rescue! My door was difficult to open because of the condition of the exterior and I believed it'd not be possible, but he maintained his cool the time and assured me that it would open no difficulty. BOOM I and minutes had been in my house again and learned my lesson to always bring my key! But if this did happen I'd for sure call Hollywood Heroes and ask for Frankie!

Frankie came at night and helped us break back into our house after we locked ourselves out through 2 locks, a high-security deadbolt plus one a lock - ! Would recommend.

The individual I talked to on the telephone... I believe Frankie... Was really helpful and knowledgeable. He had a guy named Ian to make a new key for my Mazda 6. It was a chipped secret, and a friend warned me that it'd take forever... But it did not. Ian was efficient and speedy. He analyzed it to ensure it worked perfectly - and it certainly does. I believe they changed $260 (not completely convinced'cause I purchased an extra key also and tipped). Great deal compared to other areas.

Someone posted their advice to make it appear as if they were the locksmith for your house and came by my construction. They used the exact same phone # but used the title"90210 Locksmith" on their decal. I called the number and it said the voicemail hadn't been set up. It all seems just a little skeezy to me personally. If I were you, I'd avoid them.

Do N't Call. I asked for only HALF my invoice to be refunded by them as a show of good faith. And he began talking about how I have to prove if I try to get my money back, that they did the harm. Like hes attempting to defend himself he did but is denying doing it. .
They had been nice on the phone but they said it might take them 20 min for me. Within an hour after he eventually showed up opening that the car was fast and simple unfortunately not very careful as he bent my doorway that left a permanent gap in between the car door and the car so now water gets inside with the door closed and windows rolled up. When I attempted to talk to them about this they simply denied it first saying they have been doing this for two yrs with no complaints and that I attempted to only see about getting them come see for themselves of what they did and they just denied doing it and they suggested that the harm was already there at a really condescending manner then stated that they had been doing this for 4yrs and never had a complaint. . What is it two yrs or 4 yrs?
Well only file this under complaints so they have 1!

After getting locked out, frankie efficiently opened my door. Took him beneath 5 minutes. He was professional but a guy that is funny and type. If I need assistance I would call him !
