Jessica was amazing! She came at 4AM within 15 minutes of my phone and cut me a deal. Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone.

This was one of the experiences I have had with a service provider. While the company was found by me I should have read the Yelp reviews which warned of the place. The quote for a service call was a 35, but when they arrived, they wanted to charge $120 in addition to the ceremony call to'try to start the lock'! To make things worse,'if picking at the lock did not work', they would be in a position to'up-sell' services! The costs could quickly rise to more than $200-$300+! They weren't able to pick the lockso then proceeded to try and market solutions to drill the lock and knock the door down, replacing with new locks, doorknobs that are new etc! I paid the $35 service fee and found an alternative, intrusive and less expensive way to open the door.

Company -- They're reasonably priced, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. Ineeded the locks re keyed to get a renter and'm located across the country from a unit that I have. They were able to take care of everything with only a few phone calls. Tenants were also very satisfied with the service.

BEWARE!!! DISHONEST, TARDY, UNPROFESSIONAL, SHYSTERS! This isn't a locksmith company that is true. You get a call center who sends somebody have never met, If you call.
He began to do some work and advised me the job was going to be over $600. I advised him to stop and I did not want him to carry on the occupation. He
He told me that he could not re-key the locks and I needed to completely change them out (which afterwards I discovered was a complete lie once the new company I hired did exactly the re-key just fine).
I advised him to get the property off and he demanded his service fee. I told him I'd call the company (the 800# listed on this yelp page) and work it out with the person I had been speaking with. Before I could finish the telephone call he had abandoned. The person answering the 800# was baffled! Jessica continued to telephone me multiple times for two weeks to"make it up for me". I found another company who did the job for $160!
They gave a window of an hour when my locksmith would reveal to me. They also told me he'd call. I called to make sure he was coming when he never called. They promised me he was. The 1 hour window came and went and he did not reveal. He said he'd be there in 20 minutes and called. He showed up about 45 minutes after that.

I'm a whole ditz and locked myself outside of my residence. My boyfriend was out of town I cried in frustration. But the woman over the telephone was useful and really nice and sooner rather than later I was indoors. And I've learned my lesson on locking myself out lol

I got outside lockout at the middle of the night. I've tried calling businesses who claim on their site that they are 24 hrs. I got a hold of someone, it had been Unlockme locksmith who came and helped me. The girl on the phone was nice, I was scared till the technician came and she talked to me. The tech was super professional and nice. I programmed the number.

I have been wanting to get my locks changed & kept trying to store around. The reason that I'm saying trying is since no firm was able to answer a number of my questions except Unlockme Locksmith! They were very professional, both whoever answered the locksmith and the phone. Fantastic service thank you!

I dropped my car key and I'm not gont lie I freaked out! Before I found this one, I'd called two additional locksmith companies. The company who answered the phone was rude and the company that was next couldn't help me, said they can not make this rather key. A woman named Lyrix answered the telephone and she was very pleasant, she gave a flat rate to me and the price was actually honored by them! Which is rare nowadays. After I've placed the call, the technician came 40 minutes, he was quick & professional. This provider is strongly recommended by me!

I had been in a hurry and had no concept that the wait time could be four hours. They advised me to leave the vehicle there and come back in four to five hours. In addition to the wait time the cost seemed outrageous. I called Unlockme Locksmith, after I called, they came 30 minutes, it required the technician 20 minutes to make me a key. Not only that the service was great, they charged me a $100 less than the dealership cost. I wished I knew before going through the problem and waiting time at the traders. I'll definitely use them again!

I'm a field technician and I support PC's and network gear in businesses and homes . When I moved into a home and fixed their problem and it took 1 minute to do I'd feel as a crook. This does happen to me and in this case I offer to do something for their hard earned dollar. Clients are extremely happy to have me do something else and appreciate my honesty and integrity. That is how I get repeat clients. Your overpaid locksmith ($66 per minute) might have made us a set of keys or something! Rather he took the money and ran.
The initial review was true. A range I figured I'd be on the low end of that range was offered by them but they ended up charging in the top of the range. RIP OFF!

This was not to get into our home but to our rear storage room. When I had been in the home and he said $95 I'd have told him to leave and the door knob would have shattered off and substituted it. My parents, who don't speak much English, were there and I was not home and I feel they had been taken advantage of.

Great locksmith! Jessica was friendly and got us within minutes. Fast and reliable! Surely should utilize this service

I got locked out of my apartment at night and it is such a frightening experience being a woman. When Jessica came to help me out, I was so relieved! She was friendly, in a mood, and helped me feel much more secure and less embarrassed about my night. Within 15 minutes I was back in my flat. I am really happy this company was recorded in my building's box. What a lucky find!

Unlock me was great they opened my apartment door in a jiffy and came quick. Anytime you require a lock to be opened this this is the company to call. Jessica is recommended.

Consequently, it says when you cite that the Yelp ad you get 12% off but there wasn't any discount given.
I locked myself out of my house and inside the ten foot iron gate around my property. The home owner was outside of town and that I had been outdoors at 11pm, in attire. Turns out there are not too many 24 hour locksmiths in my area and the one that open had"after hours" costs of $50+ on top of the fee to unlock. The woman on the telephone quoted me a service charge. She also said he'd be there very soon. The locksmith called 25 mins later to say he had been on his way and could be 25 mins - I guess"soon" is relative! He says that the lock is $65, plus the service charge and arrives. Major difference from the quotation!
It took 45 minutes but the iron gate climbed to avoid charging me to get another lock and did not damage anything getting the door shut. He has a skill and tools I don't and I have work in the morning. It sucked shelling out $94 but I secure and warm.

So I get home cab drops off me, and I begin fumbling through my purse. Then it strikes me... they are about the kitchen counter. I begin calling friends and can't get through to anybody. I started googling locksmiths in my area, none of whom answered the phone. Now, I start thinking I am SOL. I tried a couple more got Unlockme and areas. A lady answered the phone and definitely sensed of me needing to get in the urgency. She delivered a woman over promptly (within 30 mins) who immediately got into my apartment. She was courteous, professional, friendly, and quick. I would certainly recommend them.

Great firm. Great technician and dispatchers. Not only is he knowledgeable and friendly, but is likewise very clean in work and appearance. Love his work ethic. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Have used him about two months ago and again today in 2013. Can use this company over and over again from now on!

Fantastic support. They're caring, skilled and reasonably priced. The locksmith was efficient, educated and handled a large job (we had six doors, all in need of maintenance ) with competence and ease. I would definitely recommend Unlockme Locksmiths! They are just people.
