Called another service and they informed me since someone was in the area it would be a 15 minute wait, and they were nicer.
It's frustrating when you're locked out of your house at 10:00 P.M., it's even more frustrating when you're led into a lockout service technician who give you the impression that he would rather not worry about. This service was called by me and had been told it'd be 20-30 minutes along with the technician who they explained it'd be over an hour before he would get to me and dispatched the call called me, and inquired if I needed to wait for. I responded that I didn't a choice since I had locked my keys inside. He responded,"Yes you have a choice you can call another service. There are a number of others out there." Clearly he does not like his job, well don't advertise if you don't want to supply it yourself for a 24 hour service. I conducted a search for one more service and known as , sadly I called the exact same service. They had a different number on a Ad online. The service technician called me back. I inquired if that were true and informed him I had been told that it would be approximately 30 minutes. He said. Since it was now 11:15, I told yes to me to proceed ahead and come he sighed and said okay. Later, I got a call asking if he had revealed, when I said No, I had been told that he ought to have been in my residence and that they were going to call and determine where he had been.

They stood when I called to protest. I was told it'd be about $60 bucks and this person, Randy Belsield who showed up charged me $179.00 I advised him it was unethical and also he said that is what we charge, and it was due to the electronics at the vehicles locks. I am a fleet supervisor, and therefore are in control of 141 Vehicles, and have never been charge this. I guess I am used up honest companies until now. They informed me it was up to the technician when I called the number. I got gouged and Arlington Locksmith was fine with it. They did not care. In case you've got a choice, and in my own estimation DO NOT use this organization.
