GOT SCAMMED. I called Dallas Area Locksmith to let them know while I was on the telephone with Juan, asked just how much I must have been charged and what was going on. His reply was , per company policy, I must have been given however that one fee is generally $15-25 + a cost of anywhere between $89-129. He stated it seems like he charged me to cut into my door when I asked why I was charged $230. I tell him that David confessed (in front of my neighbors) numerous times that he shouldn't have done that and I would like that portion refunded to my card along with the damaged lock fixed free of cost. He said it's their policy that no one can be refunded by us . Juan said that Jose, the manager, would be to call him and in the following day.
My mother and I got locked out in my patio free of phone so after yelling for help, my neighbor named Dallas Area Locksmith.
He ended up after jumping the fence whatsoever putting us in through the back door through air wedges. He promised to return another day to fix the lock that he confessed he unnecessarily cut into. All my neighbors heard him say this.
David (after to find out he was out of Marshall Locksmith) was dispatched. He arrived with his own daughter. He did not feel comfortable going over the fence to allow us so I tell him that the deadbolt on the front door was participated from the inside and it is not visible from the outside. He told me he could somehow cut it he walked around to the front to achieve that. From my back patio windows I could see him beginning to cut on the WRONG LOCK and signaled to him (along with my 4+ neighbour witnesses crowding around) to STOP since it was the lock.
Jose said he'd get in contact with David, the man who came out and was gracious. After not hearing Jose for more than a day, I called Jose. He had not followed up with David at all, desired to be completely refreshed on the circumstance, then asked what I wanted him to perform. I advised him I want someone to come in which it was unnecessarily cut into by David to repair my lock and that finally I needed a refund for being overcharged. Jose states that he can't do anything since I signed so that has to be its ending and that they have my money and subsequently becomes quite rude. I wasn't pleased with this and again requested a partial refund + repairs, to which he responded,"well how do you know you had been overcharged if you did not get an itemized invoice" to which I responded that Juan, the afternoon before told me that the conventional prices. He said there is NO way which was the truth but that he'd check with Juan and call me back. Frankly, I need my lock fixed along with a partial refund for that which I was over charged. Doubt I get a telephone call back.
His reply:"I will give you a hand and get it done for $150."
DO NOT TRUST THEM. Give your money to somebody who'll be honest, not try to perform additional work, charge you for this then try to bait you into paying them to repair the unnecessary harm.
In looking at reviews to other reviews, they are likely going to say they don't have a record of this call under my name... my neighbor called on my behalf)
Awesome experience. Once on site they were quite pleasant and concentrated on the job at hand. You can tell the client experience is important to their team. If you require a locksmith that is solid, highly recommend!
Of getting locked out of our house as a result Dallas Area Locksmith responded quickly.
Complete SCAM!!! They quoted me one price, after Jovani arrived he asked more than that which I had been quoted, so I paid him because it was freezing and I had been in a hurry. Please do not be fooled by his"starting price" on his website and if you phone like I did, phone some other legit and licensed locksmith!!!
Individuals do yourselves a favor and DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Dallas Area Locksmith was timely and very professional! Compared to came, nathan was the gentleman and he had been really friendly. They were here within 10 minutes of asking and calling a locksmith. I will definitely use them later on and would highly recommend them!
