We just moved and needed our new house rekeyed. We have a ridiculous number of doorways using two locks the doors on each, and Ivan came in and made quick work of it! Helpful and friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely would use again and highly recommend!
I made them messages to call me as soon as they get my messages it's been and my dog and me were locked since shortly! They never returned my call and it is almost noon! Before they return your call do not waste your time you'll die of heat exhaustion!
I initially had a 5 star rating of the company. I had been a previous customer of the company and was really happy! That is complete BS! I have been calling them feel after 1am because I had been locked out of my property!
It's sad to see it's escalated although I have no idea what happened to the business from over a year ago! This is indeed disheartening for me!
Closet door handle broke and after trying to fix it myself recognized I need professional assistance (locksmith not therapist). Located predicted and 1st Call on Yelp. Ivan answered and said he'd be between 1pm and 3pm and he showed at 1pm. He was professional and organized. I would recommend Ivan to anybody.
