Was very happy with how quick the response was, the service and the cost they provided. Got it all done within a day and was the cost. Stayed in communication know when he would be returning. The technician was very considerate, helpful and even called a few days to ensure everything worked properly. Will keep their number if we are in need of a locksmith.
Finally, they took good care of this refund, I respect that, but everything else wasn't a favorable experience from my perspective.
I had a fantastic experience where nearly moment they responded very fast and came out. Unfortunately weeks of missed deadlines and broken promises followed up that. They were not able to get the key of being promised it is in route as I went through over a month . All were never able to get the key that I had detailed out with them in my email.
There was communication that is uncertain and it took days to sometimes over a week long to find a reaction. You will find different people and instances where my forecasts were dodged.
As my previous review on this business, their refund has been upheld by them for the products/services that they were not able to fulfill.
Nick immediately figured out the problem with our beautifully lock, and came over within an hour of calling. He had been upfront with pricing, and the lock was repaired in under 30 minutes. Great customer service We'll surely use Valley Key Connection again.
Terrible terrible business! Don't recommend! Gave a time it had been changed four times without notifying me! I had been sitting 14, if I had not checked back with company. Tech shows since I have Schlage licks rather than rapid set, than I had been quoted, and I'm then told a very different cost! How about asking me ahead of time, not shifting the price on me technician arrives at nearly 6:00 pm! From quoted a lock that was $15 a lock price went! No thanks - not a good way!
