The first time in my entire life I have locked my keys in my truck. Right as I got to work and Phone Orange came out within 40 minutes! Kind of scary how fast they could unlock my car! Really professional. I truly appreciated them getting here so fast to help me. Would recommend!

The service technician showed up stinking like alcohol. Both my 3 workers and myself were in disbelief. Once they finished the job had obd2 codes for key issues which were not. Very mad about the 80after that and $ overcharge they did not even want to work with us about fixing the crap work they did. Next time I'll wait for my normal guy (even though he stood us up 4 occasions ) he must be out there fixing all these men problems.
Include 1 key and these men showed up to execute a key fob relearn, we had been quoted they billed us 210$ after telling us we did not tell them there was a second key that needed programming.

This company is a scam. They say $19 service call + labour. They say the labour can range from $39-150 in the high end based on what has to be carried out.
This company's employees will take advantage of people by attempting to gouge you. They have not returned the gap.
My girlfriend needed a locksmith and has been locked with our puppy from our house. The tech showed up and made up some lie and told her we have. He could have picked door deadbolt or the reduced refundable lock. He told her it would manage lock or 175 for the door. Can that occasion make sense.
Be sure and go anywhere else does not subcontract through callorange. And should the tech ever tells you that the lock is special/complicated, call them out on their BS. I know a guy who had been a locksmith to get a couple of years and he said he had been told to tell that this to charge them more to people.
I called CallOrange once I returned from being out of city to affirm their costs range from 39-150. Told them what happened and the girl said she would refund us the $25 for its gap.

Hunter arrived in five about five min and gave us a great customer services. It was almost scary how quickly my car could be opened by him. Overall a good experience of locking myself out of my car.

Absolutely awful!!!! I had been locked out of my car and that I was in a hurry for work they were the first company I found on the web! I'd not had the time to check out their reviews, SADLY! They charged me 168 only to unlock my car!!!! I called about to obtain an idea of just how much Itt cost. . You should pay no more! They used the time crunch to up charge and the situation that I had been in! NO NO NO INTEGRITY! So no one else will get ripped off, I am posting on all forums!

Phillip was prompt and considerate with great communication. He was useful and very professional. He managed to get me through the garage door in around five minutes. I would highly recommend this firm!!!

Rude, said it was broken by me. Then admitted it was broke after he listened to me. Was going to charge $150 to try to put it but not if it fell after he left gauranteed. Said you cannot purchase the setup and you need to buy the whole collection for $230pay for setup. My husband knew that the deal was $115. And the whole setup $150. He charged us $29.99 to return talk for 5 min. No we will NEVER call this business again.

Best locksmith company I have had our home... 3 others have neglected and cost me over $1,000.00. Nephi was the member who came out explained the problem and it had been fixed! I really don't think I'll want another locksmith to fix anything! Fantastic would highly recommend them and work!

These guys are crooks. When I named the quotation $39 or more. I predict the locksmith and that he agrees to $75. He asks and arrives $125.

3/20 Update: After 2 days filled with many calls back to this company attempting to talk with Denise, the manager, I was able to get ahold of her at 10:30 this evening at which she proceeded to tell me because they are not devoting my money because Reuben"repaired the issue" How is that when when he got here, he did nothing more than unlock my doors since I was late for work because of their mistake? She then said that they did a service to me by not charging me! The reason I had to lock myself out of my auto was because of this issue that was supposed to resolved by my 350 repair? Would they reimburse me since I did not lock it to my own automobile got stolen? Seeing the communication difficulties, she said it would be managed and gave me a dry apology. Because I'm not her only client and the reason it took more than 3 days to return my calls was. So since they're"busy" decent client support goes out the window? Company motto! I will make sure that you mention it once a complaint with the BBB file.
Two weeks back around 8pm, my primary got stuck in my ignition. I called this company and they sent out Reuben to repair this issue. Turns from the ignition lock cylinder required to be substituted. Reuben was able to replace this component that evening I would have the ability to get my son.
Monday morning rolls around and I waiting to arrive so that I can begin my work week. 7:15 goes by. 7:20 and no Reuben. 7:30, no Reuben. At this point I attempt to call this company again to find out what's happening. All my calls miraculously go straight to voicemail. I must have called 25 times and no response. Reuben texts me he is on his way for my 8am appointment. How is my appointment at 8am when I informed the manager and assistant manager which I had to be at work at 8am. I keep trying to reach out to this company where this miscommunication occurred to find out. At 8:05am Reuben arrives, at this stage I'm livid and still has not gotten in contact with anyone from callorange.com. Turns out he delivered a message to this company informing him he would not be able to make it to my place before 8am and because they made the mistake of piling him on his day off, if they could reach out to me to confirm 8am would be fine. Am Sunday this message was delivered by him at 11:26. Why did not anyone call me to inform me Which to Reuben I seem blowing the company's telephone requesting an appointment that to him has been confirmed at 8am. ( it turns out they were viewing my calls and instead of answering and explaining the situation they insisted on continuously texting Reuben he had to call me.) To me, it seemed like an appointment that was verified before 7:30 am is being flaked in by Reuben. At that point I ask him to unlock my doors I let him know I will be asking a complete refund and so I can prevent being even later for work. Because of the ball dropped with this circumstance, not because I was unhappy with his repairs. He concurred this was treated unprofessionally to regarding my refund and he would be reaching out.
This past Saturday evening after running a few errands, my key wouldn't come from the ignition. So, I called back this company to have somebody come out to examine it. I was advised to lock my car seats (I just had one key) and Reuben will be back out about 8am the following(Sunday) morning. Turns out that Sunday was Reuben's day off but it took me calling them several times inquiring about nearly 4 hours and Reuben's eta to figure out this. No one idea to look at the schedule to make sure that the correct people were working. Can they send out a technician to resolve my issue? Nope. I did get them and an apology telling me that Reuben will be at my place Monday morning until I had to leave work at 7:30 32, to fix this issue. Do you believe they followed through with this?
I eventually get through and the gentleman took down my information and said that his manager would give me a callback at 3pm when she obtained. I ended calling her and she appeared confused about the circumstance. He'd be responsible for my return, after telling me that since she has no record of my credit card repayment and since Reuben is a third party builder. Even though the bill given has their company information on it, saying that I'm authorizing callorange.com to take the 350 because of the repair. When I questioned her about that, she said she would talk with Reuben and call me back. That was 5pm this evening...

Following a Yelp along with an Internet search I found Tempe Locksmith. They said they'd have someone there.
I understood the deadbolt would have to be drilled out and a new one set up, so that I picked up a fresh one for $29 and stopped by Lowe's. He did a fantastic job and liran was the technician and re-keyed the lock at no excess charge into my house key.
The deadbolt to my house had me locked out. Really. The secret would turn, but the bolt did not turn. Great, how do I locate a locksmith onto a 106 degree monsoon so I can get back to my air conditioned home?

And do lockouts, commercial, automotive lockouts and security and are available 24/7. In the future I'll call callorange.com right for locksmith requirements.

The technician Rueben who came outside to help me from jam was a great man. He had been quick to come help me and really reasonable when it came into the price. Most technicians careless about your financial plan. However, Rueben came through for me. I won't have to but I'd call and ask Rueben if I get locked out again.

I'll be filing a complaint not that coverages will be changed by this company.
Felicia in the workplace is confused as to how to describe their ripoff services. My daughter, charged $ 119 for a car lockout when she had been told it would only be 35. The explanation I was given is an advertising agency that provides quotes to customers is used by them, they have zero control over what the marketing company says. I inquired for the marketing company information, I had been given a telephone number to a locksmith in Georgia that knows nothing about this company in Arizona.

I am happy with this company! I called to receive my locks and Mike came after 20 minutes! He was extremely professional and did a job that is great and tidy! I recommend this company and would certainly use them again

My daughter just got scammed sad she is a young child in desperate locked out of her vehicle, called these people and they billed her $200.00 to lock her vehicle. So unhappy they prey on children thenprice gouge them. No shock on most of the reviews.
