Great peeps, they know their stuff, and they do it! Happy to get them support our Bug & Weed Mart Tempe place, since they were to support to follow-through. Would absolutely recommend them, and they are the one I'll call if the need arises for a wonderful locksmith.

They arrived right off to perform the job and did an ok job. Still had the very same problems with the doorways, said they couldn't repair those problems.but they did re-key them.
I called somebody the and else fixed the door problems that A-1 stated they couldn't and did more work.

The door latch was stuck in the door jam and we weren't able to open our door. I phoned A-1 Locksmith & Security Center plus they could provide service the exact same day. Sam Sonive managed to fix the problem in under 15 minutes! The cost was reasonable for parts and the support charge to fix the assembly. Great service and I will call again. Thanks!

Owners/staff are favorable in this place that is locksmith. They have been the locksmith firm of choice by our attic building in Old Town Scottsdale for quite a very long time. We've had a locksmith come to alter keys a few times into our units, always. In the shop itself we have had to have replacement keys created. They go through a procedure of safety as we have. They make certain the keys are the rightful owners before cutting. Reasonable rates, friendly customer service, professional, highly recommend.
Hi I was in this location for the first time today. First off when I moved they were quite friendly, even though they looked puzzled to observe a customer... Nonetheless they were friendly I requested him to make a secret that could not be replicated and if he did, I noticed it wasn't up to my criteria... The secret had the firm name and logo printed onto it as advertisements, as well as don't duplicate and quite tiny letters hardly even noticeable I brought it up and he said that is all I have. I told him that would not work for what I wanted and I would like to return it, he said you cannot return cut keys I informed him it's not right and I would like my money back he said it's a two dollar item deal with it. . I had also bought some keys and they work. So that they get two stars, it's not about the $ two, its about customer service... I explained if this was my business I would do exactly the return no questions asked that what he is doing is unfair, he said I have been in business 20 decades, what's that matter with a few more bad yelp reviews who knows what could happen... I would drive 20 miles rather than visit this place again
