Young's Lock & Key

Fantastic work. Took a risk on my car key cutting. The key had been worn out and my car is older. He also provided a solid product and took the risk. It works great in the ignition and door after conducting several times to the key in the ignition. Both needed a bit of lube. He explained it would work and it did. Thanks I'm back for all my crucial needs.

The original front door lock on our 100 year old house finally wore out. We really wanted to maintain it, Since the faceplate of the lock is a brass handmade original. Mr. Young explained the issue with the lock returned another day with the proper tools for this exceptional job. Within 2 hours, he'd made two new tension springs to the lock, then replaced the key cylinder, lubricated, adjusted and reinstalled the entire thing. In addition, he made a few keys. His cost was very reasonable, he had been very polite and professional. I would strongly recommend Mr. Young for anyone working with older house originals.

These five star reviewers and I will agree. Mr. Young set up a brand new deadbolt for me and I can't say a bad thing about this man. For some secrets being made by me he was human, friendly, professional and did a bit extra. I paid him a contribution although he didn't want to charge me. His cost for installing the lock was quite reasonable. We had a great chat too.

I lost the only key I had for my garage. I called Mr Young and that he was at my house. 2 keys were made by him in less than an hour and I am back in my garage. He was fast, professional and reasonably priced. I am only upset I didn't call him.

Good service, rekeyed 5 doorways so that we only have 1 key for all doors. On time really efficient, he knows his stuff. Even repaired a 1930's lock . Reasonable prices too. Works in the Tri-Valley and East Bay.

Mr. Young came our to our home and installed a deadbolt for all of us on our front door and re-keyed a different door. He did an incredible job, was reasonably priced, and has been incredibly professional! We will utilize his services again!

Store Hours state 8 AM to 5 PM
Store closed up in 3:45 PM. Wasted a excursion.
I needed to buy some keyed alike padlocks.

He managed to give service that I called. He showed up on time.
I found Young through a referral and I needed to re and was happy to see his reviews were great.
I called one guy before him and got a quote for half what the other person stated I had been happy and he wanted to charge me.
Young said we didn't like the cost that we didn't need to utilize him and had to do more work and if he looked at the locks he'd be fine with that.

Young was incredibly helpful! I had to write this review because he was very caring and professional. I interuppted his lunch and his overall attitude was impecable. He provided me a bottled water and shared his lunch with me while I waited for him to copy my keys. He is not because He's just that 22, but I'll surely return to him for potential company

My ignition on my work van collapsed and that I couldent go to workout. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 hours 13, after phoning Young's. He gave me a few choices on what he could do to fix it showed up on time and quoted me a price after he was done inspecting the lock. Reasonably priced, friendly and quick. I had a secret and was on the street in about an hour. Happy, 5 stars!

Thanks to previous reviewers to your remarks about Mr. Young. I totally agree with all the rating. I had to rekey 8 locks and only had 1 day to have it done. I scheduled Mr. Young earlier in the week, he showed up instantly and finished the rekeying and key copies at a bit more than an hour. Made my day more easy since I was under time limits. Very professional locksmith. On-time and competitive pricing, Mr Young clearly understands his business and it's reflected in his professionalism and attitude. For emergency lock workouts and/or getting your locks re-keyed, highly recommend his service.
