Ordinarily this could be a two superstar situation, since Expert Locksmith did appear... but the destroy the door comment, the lateness, and that they were simply dead wrong secured their one star rating.

'Expert' to those men is quite like'Genius' at the Apple Store....
We ended up phoning the door manufacturer (Marvin Integrity). . They sent a dude. He assessed the problem, got the door functioning, and had scheduled another appointment with us to get a complete repair as he didn't have the parts on him (understandable).

Basically I requested 3 door locks to be installed. I've the locks so I was not also buying them. They told me it begins at $45. Optimal word is"begins". The guy came in my home and told me it would be $525. That's for drilling 3 doorways 9, $525. It was a bait and switch move and the guy was shady as well. Use Cothron's which billed $120 or so.

1 star is generous that is quite, these are. I needed help and they were only a few blocks off and really hing up on me 4 times I believed it was my mobile service but I was desperate and persistent and when I got thru the 5th time customer service really yelled at me and then hung up. As a business I say store but not this local
