Update: the woman that messaged me when this happened and one year , today comments on this review saying I must be mistaken and she only now saw this particular review. I have the concept in my inbox at which she offered to refund my money (ONLY for the service cost ) because she did some research and they had been"very busy that day". Seem strange to anybody else?
Since I locked my keys in my car, I called this comping. They said they would have someone here and it'd cost me $60. 40 minutes and billed me and a person showed up. If you refuse its own $20. Do not use them.
Called them to unlock my car, took them 1hr and a half. Quoted me $150 and upon arrival charged me $250. They did program the crucial, and that I am calling every other day to have somebody app it. Oh by the way they're justification is they are going out of buisness and this was the"proprietor"
Pay someone else to secure service that is better . Terrible.
